A special thank you to the incredible assistance and advice I received today from Carm and Sam. What a treat to deal with such competent and friendly people! They were meticulous in fitting my new glasses and not once did I feel rushed or anxious.
I highly recommend FYI as a place for eyewear not least because of the aid of Sam and Carm. I am very satisfied.

The staff were incredibly friendly and inviting. They respond immediately and are eager to assist you. The clinic also provides a pleasant atmosphere! I recommend this one!

Why bother sending a link for services that are not available at St.thomas location. It would be convenient if the service for booking appointments where available.

When I got there Kerry-Ann greeted me and was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Tang was very quick and efficient.

Needed a eye Exam immediately as I had a test in Toronto requiring full examination. Everyone else turned me down and these guys got me in same day. Excellent professional services and awesome customer service from the ladies at the desk.

St. Thomas FYidoctors is excellent. Sam and the team are very accommodating. The Dr's are great and thorough. I'd recommend anytime.

Staff does not even enquire about the nature of your eye health or reason for you trying to book an appointment before advising that you must wait 4 months for that appointment. If you require urgent eye care this is definitely not the place to go.

I had my first experience at FYidoctors over the past month my experience was exceptional. Not only did I find out that I've been paying for my eye exams when I should not have (have a lazy eye) but the staff are incredibly helpful and made my experience very pleasing. Maria was kind and efficient while doing my pretesting. Sam and Kourtney were very helpful in helping me with my new glasses. The staff and experience was amazing overall.
