Great customer service. Miscommunication with the order with the bartender and he was so kind and cool about everything. Amazing hospitality.

We have been here a couple of times and always had a pleasant experience.

Went to watch a leaf game and noticed that it is a new name. The staff were great, the food was done well and the atmosphere is fun and full of locals. I will be heading back to watch more Leaf games.

This Gabby's right across from George Brown College is great for decent priced beer but also for their wings. Before taxes, Creemore and other pints are $8.80, Jameson shots $5, vodka soda $7.50. Dani and Ana bar tenders make very good Mojitos using Havana Club rum - $11.95. The staff and service are friendly and efficient. They have Trivia on Thursdays bi-weekly. This is my go-to Gabby's.

Having just arrived in Toronto from the UK we were hungry and jet lagged so stopped into Gabby's because it was the first sign we saw. I'm really glad we did! The welcome was warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the food was delicious! We're definitely coming back before we go home.we need to try the wings!

The atmosphere is great! The music was nice, BUT the drinks seemed like it was watered down. Towards the end of the night, about 15 of us did a shot, and it seemed like we just drank a shot of simple syrup. No exaggeration here.

Came for a drink Tuesday night at 11: 50 and they were closed (they’re supposed to be open until 1 am). So frustrating as this isn’t the first time that they’ve been closed well before the posted time. Either stay open until your advertised time consistently or make your closing time vague on your site.

Sat on their patio for lunch. Great food, parking sucks (Toronto) and patio is on the street.

I came in around 8 yesterday for the 1/2 wings and received the worst service by the blonde lady. She’s very old in the face and looks like she gets ready in the dark. I came in and wasn’t greeted. I looked around and waited, then asked if I could sit anywhere when a server appeared. She said yea and I sat down. I made sure to sit around people, so she’d be able to see me. She never brought me a water, or even a menu.after about 10 - 15 minutes, I saw someone leave from the kitchen and I had to ask them for a menu. I don’t even know if he was a server, but I didn’t see him serve anyone else afterwards so… As I sat, I watched the lady server greet and tend to all the other guests, She caressed them, made jokes and even played with a guests hair in front of me, it was incredibly uncomfortable. I was there for 30-40 mins and the lady ignored me the entire time except to ask me for a take out container. I had to essentially chase her for the bill as she was trying to speed past my table. It was uncomfortable, gross and felt prejudiced. Even after I was done, I went looking for the male server guy so I can tip him personally, but I couldn’t find him and I didn’t trust the lady to be honest just based on how she treated me there. I wouldn’t recommend going.unless it’s a day she isn’t there. Also, I ordered 1lb of wings, not 2.

Early afternoon on a Wednesday. Not much going on, but half price wings!
Only one bartender/server but he was just fine making sure everyone got what they needed.
A little street patio outside, lots of TVs inside, and a nice mix of melodic music to just sit and have a pint.

Coming back to a place where you used to work is always a challenge. But having said that, this isn’t the first time, not the last, that I’ve come back to this King East comfortable resto. The wings are still fresh every day (half price on Monday and Wednesday! Just order a beverage and eat them there!), staff is efficient without being patronizing or stuffy, bar regulars make for great company and conversation. Let your head explode while you watch 3 sporting events at one time! See you there.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from the fish & chips, but the staff were great and everything tasted fine

A very friendly waitress, the service was 10, the atmosphere is good and the place was quite nice. As for the food, we ordered pizza, wings, rings, crudités, etc.and they were nothing out of the ordinary, which is why I give it 4 stars.

Came for Half price Wing night, they were amazing, I was not prepared at all for them to be that good, I will be coming back regularly! Service was slow considering how quiet it was, but the server was great. Poutine was 3/5 and the onion rings were 4/5

We loved this place, the staff is so much fun and food was delivered quickly. The waiter we had was hilarious and we were actually looking forward to him coming over. Prices are super competitive and I wouldn't have thought it was a Toronto restaurant.

Felt treated differently from blonde waitress anytime she came to my table she had gave me a look and attitude she dropped more than put drop my food for me, food was greasy the only good thing was the fries which were kinda dry even with ketchup. Every time she came out of the kitchen she’s look at my table. I was live streaming. With a few fans in stream well this all happened. Waited a month or so to post.

My separate experience with the male bartender was better and food was actually made right and the waitress working was nice and had smiled. I came earlier in the day that day.
But for what ever reason no one should be treated differently when going to a bar.
I used to go to the gabbys by Danforth and never had any issues and was served by the lovely blonde server there. She made the food right and was the friendliest.

Food was decent, Service was great and Music was absolutely amazing m/m/. Nice neighborhood bar

Place is pretty good, got sat down and ordered the half price wings. I didn’t really like the chilli lime and the Parmesan Caesar, it was okay.

Around 9 pm. All the seats at the bar were taken. We sat ourselves down. The initial service to take the order was slow. But she kept checking in periodically after we had our food.

It was not loud or noisy or flashy. The washroom is downstairs. It's very claustrophobic and not that great. They have a single urinal.

I just had a ginger ale. And that was charged for $3 something.

The veggie nachos was awesome. It had the right mix of sauce, tomatoes, jalapenos and a small cup of red salsa. I'll definitely get that the next time. We ordered the small one and it was good for two of us.

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time last week after Christmas Market for some drinks. Our bartender was great! She was super friendly and patient with us, I ordered the beer battered fish and chips. It came out under cooked and I really couldn't enjoy it. Our bartender noticed I wasn't too happy and she told us not to worry she would take it off the bill no problem:) I really appreciated it. Great service girl! Thanks again

I would describe this Gabby’s as a place you meet up with a friend to catch up. A little rough around the edges, but decent drink specials, lively enough that it’s fun but you can still have a conversation with friends. Food is satisfying. The server remembered me after only coming in twice, and it felt really welcoming.
