780 baseline road location always has great tasting food, friendly staff and they are fast.

Ordered 6 pizzas. 4 out of 6 were burnt. Was only offered a 50% credit for them despite offering to return the burnt pizza. Gabriel's used to have very high quality pizza, but I guess the quality has gone down and attention to detail has gone out the window. I don't think I will be back unless they fix their quality issues.

Good option for traditional Canadian style pizza. Gabriel's special without mushrooms is our go 2 pie. Thick crust ofc.

The pizza was amazing real bacon was a surprise and soo good. The chicken bites were soo good nice and juicy super good. Thank you to the delivery person was a pleasure to deal with you. But thank you to the store our dinner was fantastic.

I had 1 bad experience the week before but then we moved on. I then come back the next week, the individual who served me last week staired at me for 15 seconds before asking me how I was doing and what my order is. I asked for a cheese burger. After recieveing an incorrect order (chicken sandwhich) I proceeded to go back to the store. At the store he then told me I said chicken cheese sandwich. Mind you that the chicken sandwich he made for me came with no cheese yet he charged me for it. After doing some calculations he did input my order for a cheese burger, instead he just purposely messed it up. Not only proving that he is a liar but also stealing money from people. Experience 2/10 please don't take my review down again.

Great service! The staff at this location are amazing! My food is always ready when I go to pick it up and it taste great! This is the best place to go to when you want to order out, highly recommend!

Food is good, but the Baseline location doesn't pay attention to the special instructions where I have to put my buzzer number because the website isn't mobile friendly, nor does it have a spot to put a buzzer number (believe me, I looked). That means that I get called to come down and get my pizza instead of it being delivered to my door.

Tried to order. Person working made it impossible to order food saying online orders only for 1 item but I can't dine in or takeout or delivery? So he would not confirm that he has a steak or can make it kept giving me hard time saying only available for online orders. Like dude do you have the steak!? Can I pick it up or have it delivered. It's like making the order online suddenly makes the item he's going to cook come from thin air. These guys really struggle to be strait forward and simple. He could have just said I have the steak or don't have the steak.

Pizza is one of the best among the chain restaurant in town, but it took almost 40 minutes to have my single XL pizza ready, as the owner said he had to give phone orders priorities. I understood that mine was just a walk-in order and it's a busy Friday evening, but he should have given me a heads-up about that, instead of saying the order would be ready in less than 20 minutes, C'mon. Oh, did I mention I'm from Montreal and I'd drive all the way back before the curfew?

We waited 2 hours to receive a pizza and granted there is a snow storm but somebody must have fallen asleep and not taken it out of the oven. It was burnt black. All the edge. I waited a long time when I called and finally hung up and then called back as though placing a new order. Waited a long time again and when someone finally answered I told them I shouldn’t have been charged because it was burnt. She said she would transfer the call to lodge a complaint and waited another 30 minutes. I’m done. Hung up. I’ll never order from them again.

If you’re up for wasting your time and waiting forever to get your pizza you can order from there.

First time I have ever ordered a pizza to be delivered. Best pizza I have ever had. I will be ordering again for sure. Vegetarian is amazing.

This place has great prices for the quality of food you get. I love ordering pepperoni pizza with Parmesan and chilli flakes. This pizza place makes it the best.and the staff are always professional and friendly.

Sadly Popular. Ottawa's own Pizza Pizza.ordered three small pizzas and it came to $45 inc.tax and delivery fee. Paid $50 for three smalls. That's $4.16 cents per piece. One of them, the "Hawaiian Express" had no meat or Jalapenos. Just cheese and pineapple.so I called. They actually wanted me to take a picture of the pizza and send it to them. By then the hungry monsters had eaten most of the pizza anyway so it was going to be difficult to show the error. I was surprised that they were asking me to jump through hoops to remedy their mistake. In the end they offered me $5 dollars off my next purchase (because we ate most of the small in question). I declined as I wouldn't use it anyway. Do yourself a favour. Buy your pizza elsewhere.
