Gabriel Pizza

Best location. Pizza was 10/10, staff was super friendly and when I mentioned the app was down they made sure to give me a receipt so I don’t miss out on loyalty points. They also threw in a couple of garlic sauces for the inconvenience.

Not good pizza. To much dough. Lots of cheese but not melted. Expensive for the low quality. Cashier charged me more than the advertised price. Two slices for $10. Was charged $11.50 including tax. Paid cash.

I think it is total rip off for the delivery fee. We had friends over and asked to place two orders so they could pay for their own order and they said they couldn’t do that as each order we had to pay $3.50 for each.
So we placed 2 different orders and was charges $7.00 for delivery and yet both orders came together.

This Gabriel’s is exceptional! The staff is always friendly and the food is perfection! This is our Go-To Gabriel’s and we will continue to be loyal customers!

Came here to pick up a quick bite. Pizza was solid, staff were friendly and the place is super clean. Would definitely come back.

Best customer service in the City. The owners treat you like family and the quality and quantity of the food is fantastic. I’ve been going to this place for years and it never disappoints. Best pizza spot in Ottawa.

Before I could even get my pizza I was charged an additional $15 for only have 5 toppings between two large pizzas instead of 6. You read it correctly. $15 more for less. Refused to give refund. Was offered a drink and a dip. I can’t say how greasy that feels.

If you can’t make a large pizza for under $33 then you shouldn’t be in business. I suggest you take yours elsewhere.

Awesome. Love the fact that when you go into stittsville you consistently see the same staff working. Employer/employee relationship is obviously working well. Keep up the good work

Ordered pizza last night and went to pick up at the restaurant. Many of the staff members were not wearing a mask at all or wearing it on their chins with their noses exposed. When I asked one of the staff members why they weren’t wearing masks I was told it was because the delivery drivers are running in and out of the restaurant. I dislike wearing a mask as much as anyone else but I also respect the rules. So when I walk in as a customer and put on a mask because your store has a sign saying it was required you can imagine how frustrated I was to see there’s a double standard.

Pizza and food was good, this just soured my experience. I actually would have gave this five stars but this really ruined the overall experience of enjoying take out. I may revisit the store in the future and if I see an improvement I will revise this rating. If nothings changed I’ll likely just call Ottawa Bylaw instead and keep my review at one star.

Every time we have ordered from here, the delivery person has made rude comments about the amount we tipped and even pressured us for more. It's extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was under the impression that tipping is optional and it is their employers responsibility to pay them legal and adequate wage, not the customers responsibility.

Never had Gabriel's until the Sens game this past Thursday so ordered it Saturday cause we enjoyed it so much. HUGE difference. 2 inch crust all around and no flavour. Very strange how it can be so different.

We lived in Morgan’s Grant and loved the deluxe we have moved to Stittsville and ordered the same pizza what a disappointment won’t be doing that again.

I love their pizzas especially the meat lovers the margarita the Hawaiian damn near everything on the list great place for a good lunch friends and family all welcome here

Stopped in for 2 slices. Wasn’t told they were not ready and certainly not fresh. He pulled out what must have been a partially cooked pizza and removed 2 pieces from under plastic wrap. He cooked them for 10 minutes before quickly bagging them with a stapler. OMG they were terrible. The dough was 2 inches thick and chewy. Won’t ever go back.

Totally screwed up two separate orders on the same day. This place has gone down hill drastically - will never go back.

A small location, and no dine-in right now. Friendly people, and it felt like "before times" to grab a slice and a drink for lunch.

During a cold, pre Covid winter, i sat inside this restaurant, contemplating what to get. There was a lovely lady at the cash who handed me a menu. At that moment, upon opening the menu, i felt like George Carmack when he discovered the great Klondike gold. Everything my eyes fell on made my mouth water and my mind race.i wanted it all. Now rather than systematically trying each one on a different day, i decided i must have it all. So readers of this review i give to you. The Klodike! One one everything on the menu.i did it all.and let me tell you it changed my life.

I always order online and never have any issues. I only ever order pizza since its a pizza place. Great pizza, probably best in stittsville/kanata. Gabriel's is always going to be on the pricier end but i dont mind paying for the taste. I think the key is to try different pizzas until you find the one that really works for you. Thin crust Hawaiian cookout is perfect every time. Next down the list is thin crust Mediterranean with chorizo sausage added. Great service too.

Dry.very little sauce.not enough cheese.skimped on the toppings. Didn't think you could screw up a pizza this badly but here we are.

The staff are very friendly and probably the only redeeming quality of this place.
Pizza dough was to tight and not fluffy, barely any cheese, lacked bacon. Very forgettable pizza.

Ordered pizza and wings. Both were burnt and dry. I would returned but my youngest son started eating it anyway. Last month we ordered a thin crust and a thick crust very dry pizza arrived. This store has been our staple for pizza for the last 10 years. Sadly it seems it’s time for a change.

My experience was so good I had to write a review. Service was perfect, they remembered my order from last time, even remembered my mushroom allergy. No complications, and very precautions because of the pandemic. The za and wings are always above standards, thank you Gabriels!

Gabriel needs to take this pandemic more seriously and educate their franchisees on the protocols of curbside delivery.

I ordered a Pizza online April 12th for curbside pick up

Your website clearly states: "For everyone’s safety please follow the curbside pick-up instructions posted at each location. "

However when I arrived at your location at 6081 Hazeldean Rd, Stittsville there were NO signs posted anywhere in regard to Curbside Pick up.

So I looked through the door window and the person inside waved for me to come in so I waved back at him to com out.

He opened the door and told me to come in and I said I am here for a curbside pick up and he said "What is Curbside pickup"?

I told him that he is supposed to bring the Pizza to my vehicle and he said "That's not my job"

Then I explained that your website indicates that you offer Curbside Pick up, to which he once again said "What is that, I don't know what you mean"

So I pointed at my vehicle where I already had the trunk open for him and asked if he could please put the Pizza in the trunk.

Then with an attitude he complained that I was now making him come outside and walk 20ft to my vehicle.

I told him that with all that is going on in this world he should know better and should be doing this without hesitation.

He then walked away and sarcastically said "ya, ya, have a nice day"

I am very disappointed that I had to go through this fiasco and I am applaud at the attitude I was given when I requested that he put the pizza in the trunk of my vehicle.that it totally unacceptable in this time of crises

I will not be ordering from Gabriels again if this is how you deal with people during these times

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE AVOIDING SOCIAL DISTANCING! Other than rush hour they are not following good practices! I have called the Head Office and they will be dealing with it!

Delivery instructions did not print on driver receipt so order was late. Gabriel's spaghetti is disgusting. Do not order it. Pasta tastes like canned sauce poured over noodles with no seasoning. I did not know i was getting pepperoni on my pasta but it was greasy and wilted. The garlic bread was hard and cold. I tried to request just a plain order of spaghetti but they wanted to charge me again. Do not bother with this place there are plenty of places with better food and better service.

I've enjoyed Gabriel's pizza from other locations and this location was a disappointment. Crust was tough and dry. Very little sauce. Ingredients were definitely lacking. Over-priced for what you get.

Just moved to Stittsville recently, and ordered pizza from this location expecting the same quality I've gotten from other Gabriel's. This was sadly not the case. The pizza barely had any sauce on it, the ingredients were few and far between, the pizza was bland. Way way way overpriced for the lack of quality. Very disappointing!
