Gabriel Pizza

The pizza is good and the driver was good, but I called to order a pizza and was on the phone for 15min. I don’t think the guy is even at the store by the way he had to enter every little detail and confirm my city 3 times. Very strange

Today i just tried their signature chicken donair, was really delicious, would visit some other day just for the donair deal

Horrible. Biggest rip off from a fast food chain. I paid $50 for 2 medium pizzas that looked like small frozen tv dinners. I am actually shocked at these other reviews. Something must’ve changed because when I ordered last year the pizza was decent value for money.

Pizza was amazing. The Dips not so much. My only reason for 4 and not 5 is that I asked three (3) times no ham as she couldn't understand me. I got cheese mushroom and pineapple (best combo) I asked no ham on the meat. Pep, bacon an sausage.again after asked for no ham said twice please no ham.we had ham. My kids had to pick the ham off, which is annoying when you're hungry. Other then the wrong toppings, pizza was hands down delicious.

I assume inflation has impacted this business because their medium pizzas are the size of a personal pie. I was shocked I paid $50 for fast food pizza and got two personal pies with skimpy toppings. A complete rip off, do not go here.

Excellent quality pizza! I have had their app and website mess up with online purchasing once but ordering online and paying in store has never been a problem. I've never regretted ordering from Gabriel's. Always am awesome pizza!

Usually the best take out pizza in town but I had the worst pizza there on Saturday October 22nd

Huge fan until the last two months. Spoilt cheese on one order, pineapple on an order without pineapple. The olives rotten on another order. This last order was a raw dough and hard cheese. Now I normally have anxiety about complaining, so there's no reason for the sense of almost targeted hate with these orders. But I won't ever order there again.

Best club sandwich in Kingston (not counting gourmet restaurants). Lasagna and pizza and decent as well.

Pizza is good, but garlic bread is so burnt it’s disgusting. We got there 15 minutes after our pizza was supposed to be done, and we still had to wait for it. Disappointing considering it wasn’t hot after all that wait.

Came in at 6pm with 2 hungry kids for a slice.none available. Im sorry but if you offer slices you should always have some available, at the very least during lunch and dinner hours. I generally enjoy their pizza but will no longer count on them for slices.

Unfortunately the delivery guy wouldn't come up to deliver it but the pizza is always amazing.

I ordered their special promo on their anniversary this past Sunday, Feb 28. I placed the order the day before with customer service. The order was to be started at 11am. I'm a 9 minute drive away. Driver showed up at 11: 35. Great service, great pizza! I'm from Ottawa and was feeling homesick. Not anymore lol Keep up the great work!

By far the best pizza in town. Countless orders since they established in the west end and never a disappointment! Thanks for a great pizza!

We called and order via phone. We came after 35minutes for pick up. My husband been standing in the front door as stated on the instruction. He was waiting for almost 10mins and no one attended him. The guy inside just walking back and forth, we know he saw us.please don’t offer pick up if your staff not even care. ZERO star if I could post it. Now we have to go other place to get pizza. And we’ve been serve right away.even though we have to wait for our food. That’s fine as long they give attention.

The guy at the counter (tall, dark hair) has terrible customer service! He seemed annoyed that I bothered him by trying to buy a pizza. We turned around and left!

The worst pizza I have ever had, the employees are very arrogant and ignorant! I tried to order a pizza couple days ago and the owner was there but he was very busy ok his phone that he didn’t even pay attention who was there, in fact I almost walked away and he called me back!
Unfortunately we will no longer order from here!

First time I have ever had their pizza. Sauce was bitter and am sure it was out of a can and not homemade. Ham was all fat pieces. Cheese and pineapple was the only thing I ate. Crust was burnt. They need to get a couple of lessons from Mama Mia pizza.

Advertises through CAF Connection and CF1 Card that they provide a discount; refused me a discount acting as if they'd never heard of it.

In attached picture, when you "find on map, " it definitely shows the two Kingston locations.

Seems as if the company uses the CF1 as advertisement to get members through the door but has no intention of honouring it. Kind of scummy.

Good pizza, cold mozza sticks and missing dipping sauces and salad. Driver realizes it and calls saying to give him 10 minutes. 30 minutes later til it comes.

Pizza was ok, not at all like it's done in Orleans. The place has tables, but don't be fooled, if you do eat there you will definitely be shocked! They Are Not equipped to serve anyone. They had to Wash utensils and stainless steel plates for us to eat with!

If you are going to have the tables and chairs, then I suggest you invest in at the very least 8 place settings.

Disappointing actually

Pleasant change from usual suspects. Would have been 5 stars but for a little too much greasy taste. Probably due to the bacon and cheese.

Pizza was great, just missing two out of three toppings. We were just passing through off the highway, and we were hungry so I didn't bother going back to ask about it. I was supposed to get chorizo, jalapeno and pineapple bit only had pineapple on my pizza. It was still really good though!

Not real true east coast donair. Stop making the squeeze bottle sauce from KoD recipe and "sweet sauce" is the only true donair sauce. Ontario, donairs were invented out east, not the middle east, stop messing with things and making it wrong that are no wheres near as good as the ones out east.

I have had Gabriel Pizza a few times and enjoyed it! Today I ordered a pizza and their combo platter. The platter was disappointing. Everything was soggy onion rings, fries ugh, not worth ordering for delivery again. And the biggest disappointment, I asked for 2 garlic dips as it says it comes with the combo platter. Repeated several times I wanted 2 garlic dips. They sent plum sauce and ranch.hate ranch. I think we were the last delivery on the route. 1.7 miles away and it took an hour. Pizza tasted good, not as fresh as I would have liked
