Gabriel Pizza

I ordered a large vegetarian with two toppings only for pick up.
I picked it up and after I arrived home I saw it with a different toppings and (pepperoni) not halal

Visited today with 4 kids and the guy suggested I just order a large pizza instead of slices as it would be cheaper. Like that they use a separate knife for the plain cheese. Great customer service, I'll definitely be back. Also for those saying the pizza is raw, ask for well done and its the best.

Ordered 2 things from here: a donair sandwich, which was really good and tasty, lots of fresh veggies and meat. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza which I found the crust to be very thick and doughy, almost tasted a bit undercooked. My partner had ordered this in advance and paid for it online. When I went to pick up the food, the guy charged me (i was unaware it was paid for in advance). Upon getting back home, we realized that the credit card was charged for the food; we had paid twice. We called, and was told we would get a refund (thankfully it is across the street). Upon returning to the restaurant, we asked why there was a double charge. The owner's response was "it was busy", yet at the time I picked up the pizza, there was one other client in the restaurant. No apology was given for having to return. Disappointing as I have had good pizza from Gabriel's before.

The people who own this place should be ashamed of the people who they trust to run their store. If the owners are the ones who operate the store then they should be very concerned for the future of their pizzeria.

The platter is very underwhelming. Zucchini sticks taste like fried apple sauce and the chicken tenders are a joke of a size.

Garbage service, garbage staff, garbage food, garbage store, garbage hours. Drive to pizza pizza for 5 more minutes. It's worth the drive.

They should change their name to 1 in 10 because that's about the amount of times they get the orders right. Pizza is good but frustration of always having to go back to get the order correct makes it not worth ordering from here.

Absolutely terrible do not order from here. Claimed they tried to deliver the pizza but must have gone to the wrong address because we were waiting at the door. Over an hour for no pizza to show up. No option to refund despite not getting our order. Customer service was rude and accused us of lying.

Order take out for my kids. Decent price and quick wait time for delivery. Love the option of gluten free pizza!

Delivery is definitely going downhill. Last three orders have been more than 30mins AFTER the estimated delivery time, which was already 50mins. No apologies, no accountability. Just hands me a lukewarm pizza and disappears. Clearly, tipping the driver online, BEFORE they arrive, is a bad practice.
After over 10yrs of loyalty, it looks like it's time for a change.
