I just had unbelievably, the greatest customer service experience at this restaurant. I brought in a receipt that was quite old of a pizza that I purchased some time ago and it had.to no fault of the establishment, some very small issues with it. An employee at the establishment wrote "Free Pizza" on the top of my receipt a long time ago and I am not in the area very often so I decided to pop in. I was certain that the story I had, had very little credibility and my proof was almost zero, but the gentleman at the counter and his young co-worker were so incredibly professional and kind that they decided to trust a long time, faithful customer and happily made me a pizza. In the world that we live in now, this seems to be something that rarely happens. I am so impressed with what happened and I encourage everyone to patronize this establishment. Thank you so much Gabriel Pizza on Innes Road in Orleans, for giving me and my family so many years of the the best pizza I have ever had. Today, once again.you did not let me down and I will always get my pizza from you and recommend you to all my friends and family. Cheers.
Club was soggy, fries were cold and soggy. They charge an extra $3.50 to go to the store, and then there's the delivery tip. Very expensive for awful food.
I hate to leave a bad review because I usually love Gabriel's. But last night found a 2" piece of plastic red ziptie baked in to our large pepperoni. This location needs to seriously work on their quality control.
Gabriel pizza is our favorite go to for pizza. The have consistently good quality for a tasty treat. We always order a custom pizza. I wish the online ordering app would remember my choices though. It would make ordering faster and would save time if we could save our favorite.
I have not been comfortable going anywhere with a passport system unless I absolutely have to, because I know there are people who have been injured by it (or are susceptible to that) who chose not to get the first or second shot and are being punished and ostracized from every facet of society.
I can attest that as a disabled person, being constantly asked or forced to disclose these details, especially before I had gotten the vaccine, is horrible. It makes me feel unwelcome, like I don't belong, and like I'm not valued as a Canadian.
So to this location of Gabriel's; THANK YOU for switching to take out only so you will not risk discriminating against others like me. I truly hope other locations follow suit, especially given the recent incident at your Bank Street franchise.
Customers, please consider only supporting places that support equality. Unfortunately more incidents like this are bound to happen otherwise. In the meantime we will happily order from the locations which do not alienate us!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible pizza, terrible staff. Have you seen the video of the staff of this place attacking people? ! This place should be shut down!
Horrible place. Besides the God awful pizza, the staff are disgustingly rude and abusive.what establishment gets physical with paying customers? Disgrace to ottawa. Take your business anywhere else but here.
Not sure why people are going after the staff all of a sudden, been there 3 times in the past week, food is just as good as it always is and the staff are great and friendly, forever have my business while I’m staying in town
Ordered pizza for decades. Lately extremely poor quality. Quality hit and miss. Pizza extremely oily and greasy. Needs to improve on quality control. Orleans St. Joseph location
Super Bowl Sunday. Try to order for delivery and told our delivery location is closed but we can pickup. We order a pizza at 5: 30, they say will be ready in 50 minutes. Go and wait with a ton of others for over an hour and they say they lost the order. Now going to McDonalds. RIDICULOUS!
Do not order a steak sub, if I wasn’t in such a hurry to get back to work. Seriously would have brought it back! Thing was burned but microwaved at the same time! Plus it was so soggy the whole sub fell apart! Took 2 bites and threw the whatever I put in my mouth out! It was so disgusting, my 4 year old could make a better meal!
Worse pizza I’ve had, second only to grocery stores freezer type Crust was so hard I could barely cut through it with a steak knife. Staff was pleasant, but the medium combination wasn’t!
Very upset with the costumer service. We asked for a Pineapple Express (ordered July 16 2019). We received a pizza with only Pineapple. I never thought I'd say this, but there is such thing as too much pineapple.
We called the number, they would only offer us a $7 credit for the NEXT purchase. Not even a reimbursement for the missing toppings. At this point, due to the poor customer service, we won't be coming back. We're sticking to Louis' Pizza Express. Convince me otherwise.
Tried the Deluxe pizza here, all I can say is that it was very very good, perhaps a bit heavy on the bottom layer of dough, but at least the texture of the dough was decent.
The worst pizza I have had for a long time. I ordered a combination and it was so loaded with cheese and no meat I couldn't eat it. Plus I don't think they really know what a thin crust pizza is. Never going back
I gotta be frank with this place.they have a 75% burn rate.they will burn my pizza even when it is not busy at all.and they never think of rebaking a pizza because the bottom is black. The goal is GOLDEN BROWN not black my friends.you serve pizza with black bottom and say "enjoy". Dissapointing for GABES.
