FAKE FAKE FAKE
I went to this shop as my laptop stopped charging, firstly he charged me 17$ for nothing and then after examination he said he will charge 250$ + service fee as he found something sticky inside my laptop which destroyed my motherboard too. After few days I went to another shop, that guy did not even touched my laptop and his first step was to change my adapter as it was not CHARGING. And surprisingly it got fixed, as the problem was NOT in my laptop but in my charger and he did not even charge me any examination fee. THIS GADGET AND GOLD GUY IS A USELESS PERSON WHO JUST KNOW HOW TO FETCH MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. DO NOT GO TO HIM!

Without confirming for repair repair was don and without confirming for the price and he request you you to pay him for what he like but that’s not a way to do business for sure not satisfy not recommending at all

They were totally unprepared to serve the customer. I just had to pickup my UPS order. I had to wait for 30 minutes. Very inconvenient.

Very knowledgeable, great customer service. I get my laptops repaired here. Must say it's the place for all your gadgets and computer related stuff.

The service here is amazing. Very friendly and super helpful. What I thought would cost me an arm and a leg for a diagnosis for my laptop and a repair was much cheaper than I thought. Went from a dead useless laptop to the gaming machine it was meant to be. Could not be happier with the fast service and fair honest pricing!

Mohammed was not fair to me
I took a laptop to him to get fixed which he knew it was not worth fixings
I came back and told me that it was not worth it but I had to pay for the diagnosis
I understand people's time is valuable but I felt wrong doing in him taking the laptop in the first place
I Iive in the area, I have since gone somewhere else CCSI Web (CCSI) I feel better dealing with them, even though it not cheap but I feel they are more honest
I have taken many computers there, I recommend them

Our family has been going to Mohammad at Gadgets and Gold for computer related issues for almost 10 years and we have always found him to be reasonable in charges and generally very helpful. He takes the time to educate us on what’s wrong and how best he can fix it.
Last week I went to see him because the hinge of my top of the line Asus Zenbook broke. The whole touch screen Was about to break into pieces. Mohammed didn’t have the specialized parts for its repair. But he said it’s a good i7 machine and rather than throwing it away I should try taking it to the Asus Service Center and see if they can do something about it. He gave me the Markham address of the company. I went there and the Asus guys were able to repair my laptop within a week. They actually replaced the hinge and the complete screen and did not charge me for it.
If Mohammad had not advised, I would probably have ended up spending a lot of money buying a new laptop, when there was no need for it.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mohammad and his business Gadgets and Gold to anyone. They deal in computers, mobile phones, electronics and accessories.
