STAY AWAY! Owners wife ripped me off of a brand new S6 then called police and threatened to have me charged if I returned to the store. Numerous friends experienced similar fraudulent behavior

Please avoid going there. If you don't know nothing about electronics they will rip you off hundreds of dollars. I brought in a lg g7 to fix and and walked out with a Samsung part that still fall apart.and they tell me that's my fault for over charging the phone.go to a certified repair store

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I paid $136+ to get my front screen and camera fixed and when I came back to get my phone they only fixed my front screen and not the back. Now my phone is disabled and they said I have to bring it to Apple.

Owner tall man and little short Indian guy are both so rude and provide terrible customer service. They sell defective stuff and rip people off with no remorse! I would NOT reccomend this place to any one. In fact I would give it 0 stars if I could.

This is seriously the worst place to fix your phone. I had a newer iPhone that had a cracked screen, So I decided to try these guys. They scammed me and told me If I pay a little more than the aftermarket screen I can get a new Apple original screen. When I confronted them about this not being an original Apple screen, The big indian guy with the long beard and the little Indian short guy we’re both so rude, swore at me and made fun of my stuttering. I would never go back to this place again, they should be shut down for the way they treat their customers.

I bought a charger from this store and the charger stopped working. So I went back to the store to get a new charger. They charged me more for the new charger and.the new charger does not work properly.

They gave me a free screen protector and a otter box for the iphone 6s i got from them, staff is also very nice.

I came into the store on Sunday August 27 2017 so someone can fix my boyfriends phone. I was accompanied by my boyfriends mother and we both went into Gadget Plus thinking they would fix the phone and there would be no more issues. Instead it has not stopped glitching. I could not go into the store after that due to family issues and the owner has made it seem like it was my fault for not going back to get a refund or to fully fix the phone. Really bad customer service. None of the employees stated any store policy which another person who reviewed this place said as well.
Instead we got "Okay it'll be fixed in 45 minutes for $60. " Til that day the phone has been getting worse and worse and Gadget Plus has failed to rectify the issue. Very rude people. My boyfriend did not test the phone at the store. He came to the store to know what the hell was going on with a supposed fix phone. I do not even live in the area. And I was dealing with family issues which is why I could not make it into the store. The phone continues to get worse and worse due to it being half fixed! I was naive to believe that when someone says "Oh yea we'll fix it for this amount, for $60 that it would actually be fixed. Nor you or your employees said to test the phone to my boyfriend, to my mother in law or myself prior leaving your store. That is a false statement and the fact that it is continuously being brought up is a lie.
