Amazing experience!

I visited Gadgets Plus with the intention of buying a new phone since mine was submerged in water and wasn't working. After looking at what was available, they did not have what I wanted in stock but mentioned they could possibly bring it in from another location. I wasn't sure on what I wanted to do, but I was not pressured in any way to make a decision or to purchase. After chatting, they asked to see my current phone with the water damage, and after checking it out, they determined that it was still functioning and could likely be fixed by putting on a new screen. I decided to go that route and was thrilled that it worked! The screen change was super quick and very reasonably priced. Saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars!

When I am ready to make a new phone purchase, I will definitely be going back!

Didn’t get the name of the guy who helped me with my iphone 8 plus but i was in there 25/03 in the afternoon.the service was super quick maybe about an hour and he hooked me up with a fresh housing.wasnt mad about the price either, he saved me a trip downtown! Would definitely recommend and may even pick up one of their iphones when i’m ready to replace this one

I had an excellent experience getting helped with my phone by a young man I don't know what was his name. I have a Samsung phone A71 and I went couple places asking for help and none were able to help me, even Samsung store they were charging too much for a little thing but just because I open the phone they did not even want to help me. This place is the go to place to get your phone fix I definitely recommend it. The guy who helped me and other staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Their prices are very good as well.

My iPhone was having issues with the display and they fixed it in around 30 minutes with great results. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Went a couple of days ago to buy an iPhone XS Max for a good bargain. Phone was in excellent condition and person working the desk was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place!

Im extremely grateful to this location at Dufferin St. My phone screen was damaged and the rest of the phone may also have been damaged. The staff at Gadgets Plus was very helpful, honest and courteous. My phone could not be salvage but they tried very hard to fix it. At the end it did not work and after spending a great deal of time, I offered to pay for their efforts but they decided not to charge me. A strongly recommend this phone repair place, courteus, honest and very efficient.

This store deserves more than a 5 star! Brought my phone in today for just a screen replacement.i just didnt get my phone back in mint condition but they even fix this minor issue i have on my home button and gave me a screen protector. Now, that's what you call legit customer service.it's quite hard to find that now a days! Will definitely come back and refer friends/fam
