Galaxy Cinemas Belleville

On this visit we experienced no heat in the theatre, poor customer service and expensive concessions. We also ordered ahead and then waited an extended period of time before the food actually showed up at the mobile pick up. Not a great movie theatre.

Paying $60 for a movie and not even a single option for juice for children.only pop. Coffee maker is broken. Vending machine broken.

Great movie selection and timings but I'm used to landmark cinemas with leather recliners. Seats were comfortable but the recliners still could use upgrading

We tried for 2 days and the we were never able to book tickets, kept saying there was an issue with the site although our bank account was debited twice.called the customer service # and Marsha was terribly rude.she was not aware of a website issue and it was our issue.

Enjoyable night out to watch a movie in a pleasant setting. Concession prices not unreasonable considering today's environment. Well worth it.

Garbage place. Bought dbox tickets for the kids and the seats didn't work. Could not get a refund don't pay to go here

I'm just saying more people would go to this theater if the chairs were more comfortable I mean I go to oshawa and they have recliners which is awesome and so comfortable, but why am I gonna go to a theater to feel aches and pains after watching a 2 hr movie when I can watch it from home, if Oshawa wasn't so far I'd go there to enjoy my movie experience

Don't show many of the movies being released, sound of freedom was one of the highest grossing movies last weekend and they don't have it.

The staff were amazing! I inadvertently bought tickets for the wrong theatre (bad website design, just a cautionary tale). The employee taking the tickets, Tara, was super helpful in getting us tickets to a showing that started in 10 mins, and explained how to resolve the ticketing issue with Cineplex later. The confession staff were equally helpful and we had tickets, food, popcorn and were in our seats with time to spare. Thank you Galaxy team!

Went to see the new Indiana Jones movie the Dial of Destiny. The movie was great but the theater could do with some serious upgrades and renovations. We had the D-Box seats which you pay extra for. They weren't worth the extra cost. They were very uncomfortable and the effects just felt like someone kicking your seat back. Quite disappointing. We tend to only go to the theater for movies worth seeing in a large scale. With the current condition of the Galaxy Cinemas Belleville I doubt we'll be back unless it's for a movie worth the expense and discomfort.

Took like 20 minutes to get popcorn and really expensive. Ticket prices are ok but the food cost more then tickets

Bring back ticket sellers instead of just all self service machines. Machine I used would not scan my Scene card either the actual card or on my phone.

Pretty good, warning arcade requires to be paid with debit not cash otherthan that it's a great place to visit.

Great staff. Clean theatre. Comfortable seats. Concession prices are ridiculous. But not much you can do about that.

Staff really nice but never going there for a movie again! I’ve had the most horrible movie experiences for every movie I’ve seen for the past year and a half there because of how inconsiderate everyone else in the theatre is! Ppl on there phones, ppl talking, people kicking seats, ppl coming to the movies who are so obviously sick people getting up and walking 20 minutes after the movie starts! It completely ruins the experience! Going to Kingston from now on, I’m done with all the inconsiderate people in Belleville.
