The seats are very roomy now and comfortable.and you have good walking space in front of the seats.

Very lush laid back chairs! Worth going just to sit and relax! Few ppl there for latest shows. Helpful staff though i forgot to ask for my senior rate when they printed my ticket. (i had trouble getting my scene points at the kiosk so went to staff). Disappointed with the closures but these are the times. Miss the late night owl show times.they've been gone awhile now. Some things are just better seeing on big screen rather than home tv! Popcorn prices are ridiculously expensive " anywhere theatre "! D.

The staff could not have been more pleasant, even though this is their last day of operation because of the provincial restrictions. They gave us freshly popped popcorn rather than a big that had been sitting. They gave us extra butter to add to our popcorn once the bag was half empty. They even offered to carry our food and drinks into the theatre for us if we wished. I couldn't have been more impressed. If I have to say anything negative it's that I don't care for the popcorn as much as I do for the popcorn at Landmark. But that is just a minor thing. All in all I was very pleased! Highly recommend.

Cost of popcorn and pop is outrageous.enjoyed the movie. BUT the whole experience was ruined by the concession, should be ashamed charging that amount. Not to return

Just a 'skeleton' crew running the theatre heading into Hallowe'en week - only saw 2! But service was 1st rate, theatre was clean, seating socially distanced, sparse audience.and comfortable hi-tech screening.

No reason whatever to feel a covid concern.

It was bad! The guy in front of me smelt like actual poo and the staff were constantly dropping food hair in my food and my seat was wet. Now that I think about it I think it was me.

The cinemas was great, no crowds, only 6
People. I had my grand daughter with me, we left early as it was so so loud, it hurt both of ears.

Really like the renos. Much more enjoyable experience than previously. New self serve concessions rather than conventional concession booth was a little less appealing. $10/ beer is ridiculous. Pricing is high considering alternative options available.

Self serve snack bar. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased to enjoy during the movie. All theatres have recliner seats and you pick your seats in advance.

Amazingly comfortable seating. Good location and clean. BUT. 2 medium pops and 2 medium popcorns $29? !? ! Ya totally insane on the snack prices. RIP OFF.

Fantastic place to take a child during their Saturday matinee time. Have enjoyed many movies here with our special ones. Treated well by staff and enjoy the most comfortable seating. Nice being able to reserve our seats as well.

Newly renovated with the reclining chairs, and the self serve snack bar. (however the drinks are now smaller). Not bad a bad experience. The bathrooms weren't renovated but that's the only nitpicking I can spot.

Movie theatre was clean, comfortable seating. The only thing I didn't like was the cafeteria style organization for food. I had a question about which sizes came with the scene night out combo and it was hard to find someone to ask. The drink size is also much smaller than other theatres so I felt like you could get a better value elsewhere.

I have gone to this cinema location many times and really like it.

Popcorn is too salty. Also, louder than we prefer. Can't come back because my daughter can't handle the volume.

Good venue, despite the broken electric recliner with our reserved seating. "Call of the Wild". Super adventure film. Not all great stories end how you hope, but for Buck it couldn't have been any more graceful.

Comfortable seats, clean theatre. Convenient being in the mall too! I don't like the new self serve snacks, its awkward when there with kids and trying to help them fill drinks, etc.

Went as a family outing tonight and was thoroughly disgusted. Found several hairs in one of our bags of popcorn. Left the movie and my kids 10 minutes into the movie. Talked to the ticket taker and he was apologetic and told us to grab another bag. Returned to the movie and found more hairs in the second bag. It was so disgusting that none of the rest of my family finished their popcorn or drinks. After the movie was over I took the bag back and got a refund from the cashier after making her call the manager. Seriously though, how much does a hair net cost?

I don't like the newly updated concession area. It's self serve, and they don't even offer the popcorn combos you'd get at other Cineplex locations. They offer very basic combos, and that's it. I think they would do a whole lot better if they went back to the old concession stand they use to have.

Best theatre around. Recliners, self serve so no huge lines. I live around the corner from Galaxy Brantford and never even consider going there, the short drive up 24 is way worth it

The theaters are good. The snack set up however, is crazy. People crowding created by self serve snack situated along one side and near cash out area. Very limited hot food choices and extra butter smelled and tasted so bad I threw out the entire bag. Happy with Manager who without hesitation changed our movie ticket to time we were there from the next day I mistakenly bought.

Last 2/3 times I've been there staff and management has been great but need to reduce people that cause a disturbance during the movie. Have had people talking throughout the movie and seen people intoxicated and throwing food. Suggest more monitoring of theatres during movies.

Upgraded seats are VERY comfortable!

Concession food options aren’t great but now they have an Uber Eats drop off.how forward thinking!

The staff was really friendly here. This place has a great selection of food including beer and wine. The Seats are comfortable leather recliners with cup holders.

I dont like how little staff there is now. I like the renovation. Love the new reclining seats. Screens are in good condition and then sound system is clear.

I wanted popcorn and to layer the butter I was told management would not let them do that anymore. He said that he can give us small bags and we can put the popcorn in there with butter then put it back in the bag. That is unbelievable. Stated to watch the previews and the commercial suggests to layer the butter on popcorn. So what is up with that not very happy at all.

All of the staff are super nice, i constantly fall asleep on the super comfy leather chairs, management is great. The cleaners do a great job getting the theaters cleaned from the previous shows and everybody on the concession stands and the people in the back do great jobs to get through the lines as quick and efficient as possible, along with making all the food and staying calm when it gets super stressful. Keep it up everyone!

It had been yes since I went to the show and I was pleasantly surprised at what I experienced.
The seating is so comfortable and the rock and lean back.

Lovely theatre, comfortable reclining seats, making theatre going very enjoyable. Modern spacious lobby, self-serve popcorn and drinks. The only issue I have is that the washrooms are far away from the actual theatres.

Great theater, with the Cineplex app it is basically a self serve theater. Would be nice to buy concessions on the app though, only two check-outs that always have slow moving lines.

This is definitely one of my favourite movie theatres- I drive 15 -20 minutes extra just for the comfortable recliner seats!

Love the new seats, but not sure that makes up for its poor staff, lack of convenient washrooms, and the self serve food and drink. Each time we have gone it has been one or two thing that make our experience horrible. Having kids and having to go to the otherside of the theater to use a wash room is a nightmare. The self serve takes 5times as long. Our last experience had to be the worst, even after selecting our seats online a very rude women yelled at my child for being in the wrong seat. They had a Birthday party and she had not paid for enough seats. The staff advisedbher of this but did nothing and so child moved (because we are nice and because thw women scared her) This should not happen, Cineplex staff at this location are rude and slow. Had the bday party arrived before the movie had begun they would have know this women was trying to have more guest then what she had paid for and we wouldn't have to had move from our seats that we paid FULL price for. We have spoken to the manager before and unfortunately nothing changes. Maybe a full restaff at this location, many people out there need jobs and I am sure you could find a few workers that won't seem so put out when you ask them to do their job.

We always love going to the movies at Galaxy Cinemas its a great place to go. The seats are comfy, Theatre is clean and the staff are friendly.

I went to Galaxy and i got the popcorn and the system was very confuseing and then we had to wait in lobby because they had to clean the therate so dont come so early and be ready to use the self sevre popcorn but the seats are so good they got them the there stars.

The renovations don't have anywhere for an elderly to sit before going into the theatre. An older person cannot get up into the very uncomfortable high chairs that are in the concession area.
Also, the price for food and drink is astronomical. $8.50 for a medium pop? !?
I enjoy going to the movies but will never buy food or drink and if I'm with my parents I will make sure we come with only 10 minutes to wait.

Food is dried out and often old, and they dont have outtakes so no poutines. Auditoriums are usually really sticky and smell piss.

As a movie guy the revamp for the theater was very much needed. Glad to see it was fixed up and the new system of serve yourself is awesome.
