I watched guardian of the galaxy tonight and got exceptional service from Lura, and another girly working there!

I was late picking up my order and the sweetest gentleman (I didn’t get his name) waited half an hour after close for my arrival to give me my popcorn. Definitely can’t beat that type of service.

Today we enjoyed a great movie and yummy popcorn! They have good social distancing in place and polite, helpful staff. The bathrooms and theatre are very clean. We also received a thank you and have a great day as we where leaving! We will definitely be going back!

I visited for a Cineplex Event which was the extended edition of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. It was well organized and sound/picture quality was outstanding. I was in auditorium 3 which does not have recliner seats but the seats were comfortable enough. The only thing is that they do have arm rests that could be tight if you are a bigger person.

The theatre itself is nicely designed and has some of the early 2000s design elements which was a fun experience. It is clean and bathrooms well maintained.

Went to see Ford vs Ferrari and scary stories told in the dark a movie which featured my 61 Buick.it was cool to see the old gal up on the big screen with yours truly at the wheel

Everything about the movie watching experience is good: great sound, comfortable seats, clean and clear big screen EXCEPT food and drinks are very expensive.

Everyone is always friendly. Obviously they try their best when lineups get a little long. Definitely a good place to go for movies.

The Manager is one of the NICEST PEOPLE that I have ever met! He's friendly and helpful to everyone!

Nice sized theater with friendly staff. Have never been disappointed in this theater. Additionally it is clean and free of garbage.

Went to see Konosuba Legend of Crimson and the movie was fantastic! But they had audio issues they refused to fix. There was sound effects and songs in the movie, but NO VOICES! There was subtitles because it was an anime movie. The popcorn was great and so were the drinks. The staff attempted to fix the audio, it didn't work and told the entire packed theatre to deal with it. I ended up rewatching the movie through a pirated cam recording that had voices. Not satisfied with the service, but the movie was 10/10! They didn't even offer a refund.

Galaxy Cinemas have an amazing staff. We went to the showing of Madama Butterfly. Unfortunately an error had been made and the opera didn't start until 1 PM and not noon as had beene posted. Unfortunately I could not stay until the end due to the fact that I had to catch the last bus out of Guelph to London. Management came into the theatre and apologized and offered a refund plus a coupon to any other opera we wanted to see. To me this is the sign of class

Completely brain dead staff (excluding the manager), a leaky ceiling, a movie with no audio, and bad food (even for a movie theater).

I have no idea how this place hasn't caught fire by now. The staff can't take orders, let alone make the food. The poor manager had to run around fixing everyone's mistakes. Nobody there cares about the customers and it's very obvious.

The cinema itself is great. Great service and people working there. The prices for popcorn and drinks is insane. At the prices they charge I should get massage chairs and service in the theatre. All theatres have gotten greedy and it will show with less and less patrons: (to bad because I like going.

The staff is good, food, fairly clean, movies always current. Recent changes to assigned seating makes it confusing. Seats could use an update. They get painful through a long movie.

Always go to this theater staff are always nice, nice and clean the bathrooms are always clean and well lit. Seat are a bit uncomfortable but besides that really good place. Been going to this one for years and will continue:)

Air hockey table works. Cinemas clean. Staff were helpful. Have a new serve-yourself frozen yogurt dispenser which was tasty. Vanilla, chocolate, bubblegum or orange cream were the flavors.

I have visited here several times and each time the experience i had was superb. The seats were were very comfortable and clean. The staff was nice with the people. The food was also delicious and fresh. The atmosphere was superb i can't explain. Overall Good place everyone must try it.

Could be cleaner. The floors are sticky like someone spilled soda on them and it was never cleaned up.

Good place for movies. Not much staff. You serve yourself. Good luck finding help when your self print ticket won't scan.

We went last night to see secret life of pets 2 and ended up leaving half way through becuase the seat where so uncomfortable and worn out that we couldn't stay and watch the show! This was at the Woodlawn one.

The environment was good, the theatre was clean, but the popcorn was disgusting like cold bits of chewy paper.

Big screen good popcorn, but for tall people the seats are just terrible, and that's why I go to Waterloo

Just like every cineplex movie theatre you’ll go to. Nothing out of the ordinary. Thanks for showing the Raptors playoffs for free this past season! That was such a cool experience.

Need new laser projectors, movies are projected dimly with little depth. Otherwise its an average small town cineplex theatre. No VIP, 4DX or IMAX.

So after going to three different people, I was sent to a forth person. All I wanted was to buy a beer. The forth person told me that he was to busy to help me and that he would get a manager. I didn't want to wait as my movie was already playing so I just left and went back to my seat. The manager did find me after the show. I'll never go back to this location again.

2 stars because customer service was sub standard.counter person forgot peices of my order which she had moments before asked me about. Be present and pay attention to customers

Alot of commercials! Like im not talking pre movie trivia or previews but actual commercials, and 20 min straight of them!

The movies here were absolutely delicious. They were cooked perfectly but too little of the folding chair sauce was put on them. I would really like more of it because it greatly improves the flavour of the fish

Friendly staff, clean theatres. We take our kids here at least once a month. They love the arcade (though is could use a little love).

Decent size movie theater. Comfortable chairs.
Friendly but busy (amongst each other) staffs. Washrooms could be cleaner. Floors could be vacuumed some more.
Bought tickets and walked in without anyone checking our tickets (even though an employee was right there, she actually walked away from us and join the other busy staffs and the food counter).

Dont like the popcorn too much and kinda expensive. But love the movie quility and sound cant wait to watch endgame with my friend on dbox

Limited staff. Expensive. $50 just to get a family of four into the theatre to see a feature BEFORE concessions. No front of house staff in the ticketing area, and no signage telling people with passes/promotion coupons where to get tickets. Only two staff manning the whole concession area. C'mon folks, this ain't Hockey Night in Canada! No need to be so stingy with staff and expensive! It's cheap, pre-recorded entertainment, for goodness sake!

I really enjoy seeing the theater in an accessible and affordable venue. Staff are friendly. The venue is always clean particularly the restrooms. Food choices are limited and on the pricey side but I do enjoy the frozen yogurt.

Always a fun place! Theatres are clean and staff are diligent about cleaning up spills and messes as they happen. Love cominf here with the kids for some family fun movie time!

Very nice theater, very clean movie experience very is what you expect. Price of snacks is getting well out of Hand now though.

One of two movie theaters in Guelph, this is the newer one. Often the parking lot is packed so you may want to arrive early if you're going to go. Theater has a nice standard layout and offers 3D as well as standard movies. They also have the self checkout booths which makes it easy to skip the line. If you're the type who likes popcorn with your movie, it's probably more cost effective to grab one of the movie passes from the Costco which bundles it.

Always a favourite. Too bad I had to carry my wife in when they said they couldn't help her to her seat (broken ankle). Services have slid since I last been but I guess it's what you pay for.

Nice clean location. Not very many people are staffed here. Came at dinner time and ordered a pulled pork sandwich and poutine. Both were surprisingly delicious! Concession stand staff were polite and friendly. Washrooms were spotless. When we went into the theater it clearly hadn't been cleaned in between movies so we had to select different seating. Movie was great. Lighting and volume were perfect. Staff were all kind and wished us a good night as we were leaving.

There were many seats arranged facing a large, flat, white surface. In addition, light was projected onto that surface in intricate patterns so as to resemble sights normally observed by humans. It seemed to be in an attempt to create an illustration that events were occurring in front of those intended to sit in the seats. The illusion was further enhance by accompanying sounds. It was not perfect, however. For one thing, they failed to capture distances from the viewer accurately. For another, the events did not respect the regularities usually observed, for example, they portrayed a human breathing and even talking under water. I was not fooled by their illusions, but found them quite amusing and entertaining. I would recommend this experience. I should perhaps mention the most implausible illusion that they tried to portray, which almost ruined the experience for me: the prices that they implied that people would pay for edible items before adjourning to the aforementioned seats.
