Worst experience ever, dispatcher agreed rate of 300$ to deliver load from mississauga to vaughan, sobeys didnt want to accept load without packing slip at night 11 pm, called till 2am repeatedly dispatcher, no one answered, in morning they asked me to drop trailer at sobeys.asked them for extra 100$. Now they sending confirmation of 125$ (was suppose to be 425$), saying you only dropped trailer.company is a scam.

This company sucks now.will hold your freight hostage.carrier's like this tarnish the transport industry.sad.

Countless delays, cant get a hold of anyone. Lied about where the freight was
Save yourself the headache.go with someone else.

I've been disappointed with this companies busines practices. Holding freight hostage for 2 weeks is not customer service. My product is late, my customers are upset, and my company and employees may lose our contract with this client. Do not use this company.

I appreciate all the assistance I have received from Bill Mann I find him to be courteous, knowledge, helpful and very humble. I do not have any apprenhension recommending him. Thank you Bill for all your help in past for my transportation needs.
