I have been buying products from smart vision for over 3 years and I have had no issues so far. Their products are reliable, competivly priced and come with a long warranty period.

I purchased a system from them a couple of years ago and forgot my password to log into my DVR. Now they want to charge me $50 to tell me how to log back in. Really annoyed at how they've handled this.

Professional sales, good collection of quality surveillance cameras, DVRs and parts. They have really good customer service, and always help me with the problem on software and hardware.

Sam artists, high prices and DVR's are very low quality, my $100 dollar kit dvr ended up being better than the $400 DVR smart vision sold me. Won't be coming back.
