I set up a security camera system in 2017 with great sales and tech support assistance from Galaxy Security. I recently had issues with the HDD in my PVR and contacted Andrew for assistance. He immediately responded and connected me to Vivian in Tech Support. Within minutes they had the issue identified and provided clear direction on the required corrective action. Once the HDD was replaced they again assessed the PVR operations to ensure the system was working properly. Customer service is definitely a major plus for this company and I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

BUYER BEWARE! The vast majority of the 176 reviews of this company are CLEARLY FAKE! Check their review history, it's obvious enough.

They also do not have properly trained staff (with a few exceptions) and do not encourage employees to stick for any length of time. It's like a revolving door of salespersons at Galaxy Security.

The upper management at this company is horrible, the owner of the company threatens her employees with a lawsuit if they leave to work for another security company. Very terrible place to work at, even worse if you plan on buying anything from them.

Just be careful, they might send you the wrong camera which could cost you hours and $$$ on the job-site.

Galaxy has a good selection of CCTV fit my client need! They have a great tech Support. Andrew is my sales rep. He is very nice guy to deal with.

Galaxy Security only has the best product and service. The on demand service they offer is so amazing that I wish all companies would take lessons on how to run their businesses like them.

Great place for all your CCTV needs. I've been going here for over 10 years. They have a quality product line, premium and economic line, and overall very good quality. Commercial grade. Also, they provide all the supplies, parts, and hardware that you'll need.

What I really like is that they give great service. Excellent place to go to if you are running a CCTV business or starting one. They give you a dedicated rep.to help you. I was lucky to have Andrew, if you don't have time to put a quote together, a quick phone call and he'll send an email right over. If you need advice on a project, they will help you do a complete job. If you are stuck on an install, or have a unique problem, they will help you solve it.

Also they have very good tech.support, they answer promptly. I would say the service stands out here, Andrew goes out of his way to help with any and all issues I've had. They really will help you to succeed.

I've used a variety of cameras from here, and the quality is very good, tough and durable. They have great software tools as well.

My sales rep Jack is a wealth of knowledge and always points me in the right direction for what I need for equipment. Support is always great at helping to solve any problems that may arise.

I have been dealing with Smart Vision Direct for a couple of years now and I would highly recommend anyone to give them a call. The sales staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. In my situation, I was retrofitting some old security cameras and needed some help with selecting the correct equipment to fit my situation. The sales staff understood what I was trying to accomplish and made excellent suggestions that made my installation complete without any issues.

After sales support is fantastic as well. I had some technical questions on the new DVR after the installation that I brought up to my sales rep. They told me they would get someone from technical support to give me a call. Within a couple of hours I received the call from a very friendly tech support person who answers all my questions.

Camera products are not as cheap as your bargain brands (e.g. Q-See, Swann, Lorex, etc.) but features are comparable and quality is excellent.
