The price was reasonable and the job quality was very good. Mike and his assistant who installed the windows did an excellent job and cleaned the debris as well. So less work for us to do the remaining cleaning part. Installation carried out in 2 parts as current supply issues impacted us as well. Alex kept us posted on the new dates after we contacted him. A minor manufacturing issue was found on a Window hinge when I tried to open it after the installers left, I called Alex to notify. With-in a week Mike from Hometech Windows came and replaced the hinges.

Replaced 17 windows, a single balcony door and a sliding patio door. Great work. Took only 2 days. The products are well made and has good insulation. I noticed that my house now holds its temperature more, and I hear less outside noise. My house is more comfortable and so much quieter. Great work. Great choice.

Galaxy Windows installed 15 windows and two storm doors for my house and I am satisfied with every aspect of their service. The windows are excellent - sturdy, don't rattle, keep the noise out and keep the heat in. Plus they look great! The storm doors are very solid and the latches and stops work perfectly.

I have found about Galaxy Windows from colleagues at work who have used their services. I have contacted them for an evaluation and I found that their prices are very competitive. After we have agreed on the price, models to be installed and estimated delivery they have done measurements a couple of days later.
They have delivered the windows about a month sooner than estimated. The windows are of a high quality and they match perfectly what we have agreed. Installation was fast, with absolutely no mess left behind.

We got the windows in our entire home replaced including an oversized patio door. Galaxy did an excellent job with the installation and the process was very quick and they were easy to work with.

Galaxy Windows came and replaced 3 of our windows that desperately needed replacing. The company was great at getting back to me when I had questions about the project before our window installation. On the day of installation the installer was friendly and very efficient. They put down drop sheets so that my carpets were protected and cleaned up all the mess that was made from removing my old windows. In no time at all he had taken out and replaced my windows. I am very pleased with how the windows look (especially my front room which I always am looking out and was awful). I wish I had contacted them sooner so I could have been enjoying the view years ago!

This is our second time using Galaxy Windows (they replaced 5 windows in our old house), since we were thrilled with their work the first time we called them again when we decided to replace 4 original (100 yr old) fixed windows with new, 'awning' style windows that can be opened for air flow. We replaced 6 windows & side door: Alex (sales) helped us determine that retrofit windows (vs brick to brick) would work for our 1960's bungalow. We were looking for good quality windows & were impressed by the manufacturing process. Installers worked on 1 window at a time so the house didn't get cold.
