Galito's Bramalea

Manjot is an amazing employee at this location he goes above and beyond for all the customers that come there to eat. I always thought he was the owner and never took him as an employee because he puts so much pride and dedication into his job. I only come here because he works here and the food quality is amazing. Great guy and much respect for him.

Overall extremely disappointed. Galitos at their real locations service a decent amount of food with some quality to it.
I just puchased a Loaded Fries Bowl and it barely covered half the bowl. On top of that, the chicken was relatively unseasoned and barely had any of that smoky flame grilled flavour that it should have.

Very negative experience. If you’re looking to get Galitos, don’t come here.

I just order my lunch and I work in the mall, to find out that they no longer offer mall employee discounts and on top of that the containers a lot smaller. The staff is nice but the owner of this location is cheap, when you order 2 sides it’s really 1 side. I’ve been working in this mall for years as well as eating from here.today is officially my last day buy food from here. The staff is very nice and pleasant. Owner is CHEAP!

Haven’t had Galito’s in quite some time. The menu items tend to be on the dry side. However, my experience here was nor too bad. The chicken was grilled well and the sauce was adequate. Should have tried a little more spicier. They should consider having a little more options for sides. Not much to say about the atmosphere - it is a food court after all.

Very good chicken and the piri piri hot sauce was so so good. Friendly service and they took time for some small talk. Thanks guys we enjoyed it.

The service was great, first time having Galitos in bramela. The two staff were great, very helpful and answered any questions I had. The food was good and the portions were big.

Poor customer service. They don't know how to serve customers. I asked them for poutine. While one person from their staff was continuously saying yes that they had it, but the other person, who I believe to be the manager, was continuously rejecting, trying to put his words into another person's mouth by sending him signals and making excuses intentionally that he didn't have it and recommended me to buy chicken instead.

What the hell? I was there for poutine, not for your chicken, ok? Don't tell me what should I eat and what should I don't eat. Not recommended at all, go to another place, guys.

This one is my husband’s favorite place from last 4 years. Now mine as well.
This item is our favorite from their menu.
It’s basically fries and chicken on top of that.we replaced the rice with fries. This is how we like it. Full of flavours.
Must try place.

Galitos is my regular food choice at BCC. I always enjoy conversations with the staff, their quality customer service, and of course, the options of freshly-prepared foods. You can choose between different cuts of grilled chicken, rice, potatoes, fresh salad and coleslaw. Relative to the majority of fast food options, Galitos makes for a healthier alternative, full of flavour to satisfy your appetite.
