Galito's Central Parkway ( Piri Piri Chicken)

The ambiance is very nice, but the portions are off. I ordered chicken strips with a side of fries, but it should be offered as fries with a small chicken side dish.

They are consistently good at this location, and you will not be disappointed. If you want peri peri chicken, there is no better place to go than Galitos. They also have a drive thru available for takeout, which is convenient.

Ordered the Tacos and 1/4 chicken with rice. Chicken was moist and delicious with lots of flavour. Tacos were some of the best I have ever had as again chicken was moist and full of flavour. Service was also very good.

The service at this location is horrible and I've o erlooked it in the past but I'll stick to Nandos.good job to the jackass in the back.you just cost your location about $200 and lots more going forward.

Was told food would be ready for 12: 10. It's not 12: 36 and the order is not ready yet. What is the point of ordering an hour earlier to pick up my order?

Poor customer service. Not solution based. Not taking orders for Dixie location but says on the sign.

My friends and I have been to this location for the first time a couple of months back, and the food here was pretty good. Pricy but good. The service the first time was not so bad, it was pretty slow (took a while for us to get our food). Today, we returned to the restaurant and I would say that I was not happy with the service at all. I felt like the girl who had cashed me out was trying to get me out the door as quickly as possible. I was in the middle of grabbing some change because I didn't want to have so many coins, but the girl told me "I already cashed it threw so you just have to take the change. " I looked at her blankly because I didn't know what to say because I was still giving her more money to just get even change. I know this is something little, but customer service is everything.

It was good. Recommended to go.

Amaaaazzzing beef burger it is very authentic and original, you can taste that beef burger is made with love, the beef it self very juicy and tender, the key is why this burger is delicious it's because they don't add too many things and sauce, it is simple and tasty just the way that everyone would like? I am a loyal client of Galitos, The branch located in Mavis is the best. I think they have the best grill and a unique and fascinating Service. I do not change this branch and congratulate Navneet & kajal, who are marvellous and very helpful. ️

By far the most terrible restaurant I've ever been to, through away most of the food, save your money and avoid this place.

Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant. There is both great food and dessert Waffle-O inside this bright restaurant. Food was fresh and the garlic sticks are very soft and delicious. Chicken was great with rich flavors of sauce. Rice and fries were good. Would go again as I prefer this to Nandos.

You need to tip even before your food arrives so only they will prepare okay chicken otherwise burnt chicken welcomes you.not value for money.

Chicken was extremely burnt and inedible. It tasted awful and i had to throw it in the garbage.small portion of food as well. I will never order from here ever again.first time ordering and also my last.highly NOT recommended

Zero stars - Absolutely horrible service. I brought my elderly mother here who has trouble walking. We reached at 8: 30 p.m, 1.5 hours before their closing. Instead of letting us know in advance that they have finished dine-in, they let us sit at a table. When we went to the counter to place an order, THAT is when they informed us that they are only doing takeout. EVERYONE else at the restaurant was sitting in and eating, but they refused to serve us. My wife even requested that my mother has difficulty walking and we came all the way inside, why didn't they let us know beforehand. They were extremely rude to us, saying that there is nothing they can do. Once asked to speak to their manager, they lied saying that he isn't available. They refused to tell us their name and continued to be rude to us, stating they don't care if we go anywhere else. Once mentioned that we will review them online, they stated that they don't give a damn what we do. I highly advise you to never go to this branch, especially at a place that disrespect their customers and elders.

I ordered from Skip the Dishes their special combo (half chicken and side). Delivery was quick and packaging was nice. I found the chicken more flavourful and moist than Nando's, although the potatoes were a bit undercooked and difficult to chew through. The meal would've been pricy, but I had a 50% off discount. I'd give the food a solid 4/5.

However I'm writing this review based on my second experience with Galito's. Earlier this week I decided to order takeout, from their website this time, due to the first positive experience I had. For some reason the website didn't let me sign in as a guest, so I had to sign up for an account with phone and email. Okay.
Anyways I ordered the half chicken + 1 side combo again at 7: 15 PM; the website said it would be ready at 7: 44. At 7: 40 I get a call from the restaurant asking me if I can wait until 8: 00 to pick up since the chicken wasn't ready. Okay whatever, fine with me. When I got there at 8: 05 they handed me a huge bag and asked for $74. Apparently something went wrong with the website and it placed the wrong order (it wasn't a mix-up either since there were no other half chicken orders I was told). The cashier went to the back and I heard some shouting that went on for 5 minutes. Then she came back out and took my order again, but I had enough sense to ask her how long it would take. She said another 15 minutes.

At that point I just politely declined and walked down the street to the nearby Pho place instead. Over an hour of my life wasted due to sheer incompetence and for that I give a 1/5 stars. Maybe if you dine in or order through a third party app the experience would be better, but stay away from their website.

We enjoy Galitos… we don’t have any in my city so when in Mississauga we make sure to come by…. Bread sticks are excellent.

Service was good.
Value for money.
Food was good.
Washrooms were clean.

Sides of the chicken was burned.
The side sauce is not a good combination with chicken.
