Galito's Milton / Galitos Flame Grilled Chicken

Akshit was great in managing my expectations and was able to flexibly provide substitute options in the deal.

Ordered the family meal for dine in a couple of times, really great ambient atmosphere accompanied with great tasty food and service. The menu options are great and the staff cater to most of our needs.

I had been to so many Galito’s within Canada as they are all hand slaughtered Halal and loved each and every one of them. I respectfully forced to say that this restaurant and their customer service was far below the standards. I had placed the order through Groupon and didn’t realize that it was pick up ONLY which mind you wasn’t mentioned to me over the phone. I had begged 3-4 times if I can sit in the restaurant and enjoy the ambience and food and I was told by cashier lady that she can’t do anything for us. I even offer to pay extra to dine in and didn’t ask for extra utensils but I was denied again. I was not referred to any manager and kept getting rejected to dine in. I even bought water bottles from the restaurant and even then I was rejected to dine in. The cashier lady saw me with my family and didn’t even spend a minute trying to find a way to accommodate. In addition, I wasn’t provided with any utensils or napkins. I would like to a know the process to formerly file a complaint for this store. I will definitely not recommend this store not due to food but worst customer service.

Gallitos Grilled Chicken is an absolute gem! Their grilled chicken is a flavor explosion that you won't want to miss. It's tender, juicy, and marinated to perfection. The menu offers a variety of options to satisfy every palate. The service is friendly, and the ambiance is cozy. If you're in search of amazing grilled chicken, Gallitos is the place to be. Catered from Galito’s as it was close by it was surprisingly tasty! A crowd pleaser, chicken was extremely moist, rice was extremely flavourful among all other side dishes! Looking forward to ordering in the future.

I don't know what happened.maybe the kitchen was rushed that day or what but we did not enjoy anything we ordered // beef burger (patty was literally burned to a crisp on the edges). I hope this was just a one off situation. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The way they were busy they must be doing something right.

It was ok very different from traditional desi food. Very good taste and very good quality. I enjoyed the chicken platter with hot sauces.

The restaurant was not so busy and the table set up is okay not too fancy. The staff in the front was very helpful, he offered some options and I feel that we can rely on his suggestions. He was so natural. He didn't do much but he made us feel welcomed from the moment we've stepped into the restaurant. We have ordered a family meal. The garlic sticks tastes good and the chicken was impressive. The salad is okay but the dressing is quite too small. Overall experience was great. I would like to thank the chef who did prepared our food.

I'm a regular here when I work nearby. The lunch deals can't be beat. And that chicken and sides are great. Definitely recommend for lunch.

Other than for their outrageously small "large salad" which cost an extra dollar btw. It's a good place to eat.

The chicken is tender and juicy, with the perfect amount of spice (we usually request medium), all of the sides are so good, such as the garlic bread, the fries, and the corn. And the portions are great! I might even like this place better than Nandos!

Good quality food, courteous service. Ordered chicken sandwich with fries and chicken sandwich with coleslaw. Would eat here again

As costs of groceries and restaurant chains are going up. It’s hard to find a good deal on a delicious meal. Galitos is one of those rare halal restaurants that seem to be too good to be true. It’s a perfect place to take your kids and get a family deal, or take advantage of the lunch specials they have. Chicken was tender hot and juicy. What amazes me the most is the large portions with the affordable pricing. If you haven’t tried it out I would give it a shot.

Amazing! Our favoutite place in Milton since moving here 4 months ago. Service is fast, food is delicious and prices are affordable. We get amazing service every time we come here which is now weekly! Would recommend if you luke the spice! If not, just ask for sauce on the side.

Great food. Very friendly staff. We dined in and they were helpful with anything we needed. Food is spicy but they ask first how you would like it.

This place has never disappointed us. The food is always fresh and the service has been over the top. The place is kept clean and we are always greeted with a warm welcome. The quantity and quality of food is excellent.

The staff was lovely and kind, got them to cater for a family party. Portion sizes were perfect and food was delicious.the employees were very considerate, and was greatly appreciated. Overall 10/10.

This place is underrated for their flavour, cleanliness and quick orders! Every order so far has been flawlessly executed. No errors whatsoever (on missing items) and delivers on taste every time.

Chicken is delish & always fresh…

It’s my go to place at least once a week. I use this chicken as entrees but also salads, sandwiches and even pastas. Amazing all around!

Staff are also genuinely kind and sweet. This place is a hidden gem for sure!

I'm not sure where to start with this review. I'm so torn because over the years (different location), I have enjoyed their food.

Went to Galito's Milton the other day and was unfortunately very disappointed with what I witnessed.

Staff cleared the table with the same broom they swept the floors with. I feel this practice is terrible.

1. We are in covid times when we are being extra vigilant about sanitization and cleanliness.
2. The floor is very dirty (folks walk with outdoor shoes on the floor and track in who knows what), transferring these potential pathogens to a table could be serious.
3. Folks sit and and eat at these tables. Even if the tables are cleaned after being swept, there is no reason to use a dirty broom on top of the table. A cloth would suffice.

So many things go through my mind.
-where has the broom been (washroom? Dining room? Kitchen?)
-if the shop cleans tables like this, what other substandard cleaning practices do they have?

The food was good-always is, so that is great however if the food is being prepared and or served in a dirty environment, then there's nothing we can say about the taste of the food.

Service was good. The waiter was very attentive and kind.

Location is convenient with a lot of free parking. The restaurant is small but has sufficient seating.

Covid protocols:
-they check for I. D.but they were not too worried about full doses being past the 14 day mark (not sure if thats a "thing" or not but that's my understanding)
-The staff that I saw were wearing masks
-they had tables blocked off, for proper social distancing between parties

The washroom was clean (usually a good sign, but maybe I can't use this as a measure of cleanliness standard anymore)

Just really unfortunate. Will not be returning to this location unless there are some major changes implemented.

The place was quiet as it had just opened after the lockdown. The staff here was excellent: polite friendly and helping. The prices are on point and the taste is quite good. If you love chicken then this place is a must.

Great food. Well marinated chicken. Not dry. Hope they dont cut corners in the future and the food remain the same.

Asked for extra sauce on the side multiple times and in person and they couldn’t follow instructions properly.

I have placed an order at this location June 29th 2021. When I walked in noticed a young gentleman in kitchen area. He was not wearing a mask nor a beard net or hair net. Picked up my order which was a good amount. When I got home and started to eat, I found a hair strand in my chicken mixed with my vegetable. I called the place back and the only thing they offered is a complementary vegetable or chicken. This is unacceptable and it will be the last time I eat there.

My husband and I was very impressed with our meal. The food was hot, fresh and the chicken was very juicy. We will definitely eat at Galito's in Milton again.

Food use to be good now not sure what happened there sandwich is not at 2 out if 10.
And customer service oh my this lady there I asked her can I get an extra sauce she started arguing with me my point was I ordered multiple items bull was arround $100 plus and she gave me 1 garlic 1 hot sauce there were 4 of us to eat she wanted me to get the bottles if I need more sauce and then literally was misbehaving.
I asked for owner she said it's coming from them and I left.

Placed an online order on June 29 at 11am. The order was showing pending so I called the store to confirm, I've been told that we just opened and we need 45 minutes to prepare your order because grill is not ready. I called the different location very next minute and they got it ready in 15 minutes. I've worked in food industry long enough to know that the grills and fryers are ready before the restaurant opens and it doesn't take 45min to get the grill ready if someone forgets to turn it on. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Honestly, burnt flame grilled average chicken, and a weird customer service experience. To anyone reading this, your money would be better spent elsewhere.

For dinner today, we ordered from Galito's Milton. We were so happy with the customer service and the food was sooo yummy. The chicken so juicy and tasty. We will surely reorder. Tried, tested and recommend!

I usually don't write a review but this place deserves it. Awesome food and staff. Definitely looking forward to visit again.

We are already hungry again. The steak sandwich was, paper thin with nothing else other than the bun.

Over priced. We asked for chicken stripes on fries. There was hardly any chicken and the container was filled with cold fries. The steak burger is so small, it can hardly fill you up.

Amazing food. Service is great. The chicken is always well cooked and tasty af. The rice is also very good. Try their Chicken strips on rice with fries as sides. 10/10

Submitted my order online at 6 pm with a scheduled pickup time of 7 pm. Show up at 7 pm to pick up my order and am told they just received it. I ask for a discount and am told the Party Feast is already discounted.

I ask for the discount again mentioning that my order should have been ready. I'm asked if I ever received a confirmation. I show them the email.

They say that I should have called to confirm my order. What system expects the customer to submit their order online and then call afterwards to confirm that Galitos received their order (which they submit online!) ?

Won't be going back. The least they could've done is give me a discount. They didn't and that cost them a customer and earned them this review.

Should have been great! But wasn't worth nothing.a very amazing let down. Just not anything. Should have eaten anything at McDonald's. Wouldn't eat at Galiato's for free.

Amazing food, amazing service! Philly cheese steak is a little too small but everything else is perfect cooked to perfection!

Food was very tasty, the hot spice level was just right on the burger and everything was fresh which the family enjoyed very much.

I ordered food from here, when I asked for ketchup she (customer rep) was rude doesn’t have good behaviour.

Such an unprofessional lady on the phone. No manners to talk. Used to love galito's. But such rude service has made galitos lose a loyal customer to this outlet.

The customer is really bad. The woman at the counter was very rude and she was barely paying attention to what we were saying.

Worlds worst customer service. They made us wait for 45 minutes then they found out they never made our order and made us wait for another 20 minutes. The entire team on the front was clueless. Slow and just all over the place.

Please train your employees:

Great food to have. Their spices are unique as I never taste such flavours before.

The ambience are great too and clean

We ordered the whole chicken which was enough for 3 people with garlic bread and french fires

Very healthy food and friendly staff

They ran out of cutlery in 4 tables, they ran out of sauces, they give tissue one per head.
If some financial issue they can discuss with customer we will understand.
Why they ruin Galitos name.

Ordered online, got email confirmation and pick up time which was 30min from the time the order was placed. Arrived 35min later to be told I would have to wait another 25 because they ran out of chicken. Things happen I get it, but I also get that they were fully capable of calling me ahead of time to notify me before I wasted my time driving there. Past experience has been pretty good but when things like this happen and they offer no solution (I called after I left to talk to them and got no answer). Hard to say I'd order again anytime soon.

Customer service at reception/cashier was very cold. No welcome or smile offered. I really felt like 'not wanted' customer. Food was not bad, but need to improve overall.

We like a lot going out. Yesterday we came to this superb restaurant which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a delightful experience there with excellent meal and a courteous team and a great cuisine. We added this venue in our phone list and we will definitely come back very soon. We highly recommend.

I visit this place a lot since I work in the area. I like how the service is always fantastic and they keep the spot well kept consistently. Pricing is fair and they serve big portions.

Why this location does not have the 20% promo in Feb like other locations? Is not it a franchise and it has to be consistent in all locations? ! The food was good though and staff was nice. But facebook ads and website has to reflect real promotions which is really confusing!

Ordered some kebobs during the lunch deal and they were done quick. They also tasted great with the hot sauce. Usually I end up disappointed with hot sauce as it is never as hot as I had hoped. Staff was friendly and helpful as well!

Below average food. Chicken was undercooked and the hummus I ordered was tasteless and looked like it was dished out of a can. This was on a weekend when it was hardly crowded. With that much money I could have gotten something better. 2 stars are for the ambience and quick service.

I went there with my family for dinner.the food was really good, i wish i could give it 5 stars but when we arrived there were three tables are not clean, as we were 7 people we had to wait long time until someone decided to clean the large table for us.she lost her temper screaming that she can't clean the table while people are around! And she was slamming the dishs. That was surprising attitude. The place was not busy at all.we were only 2 busy tables in total and maybe one or two customers to take out.

MUCH MUCH MUCH better under new management. Food is fresh and tasty, not burn't or charred too much. Chicken is moist and tasty.

Driven by many times, finally stopped to try. Wish we had made that choice a while ago. Food was good and the fall deal is a great value.
