We had a business sponsor our hockey team and we wanted to give them a gift of a mounted jersey they could display. I came in to Aret and asked what he could do. He gave me a general idea of what he was thinking, discussed a few options and ultimately I left it in his hands and he said he would make it look great. When I came to Toronto to visit family- I stumbled upon Ares's store. Where do I even begin, very humble intelligent, and helpful person. Needed a frame for my recently deceased grandmother. He gave me exactly what I needed and his empathy throughout the conversation made the experience very comfortable/soothing. Highly recommend, even if you do not know what you're looking for.

This is the place to go for all of your custom framing needs! Fantastic quality work, quite fair price points and real good custom service! These guys truly know there stuff! Can't wait to return back to have my Cuban and Dominican canvas painting stretched and framed! They had so many they had just completed for some customers and the fit and finish workmanship quality is the best I've ever seen!

My favourite place for framing! I have been coming to the Galleria Frame shop for over a decade and have gotten numerous items framed and recently came in to have an old item re-framed for a new look. Service is always prompt and friendly, and employees are honuorable. They have a wide selection of frame options to choose from. I always know that I am in good hands when I come here. The most horrible experience stretching on a frame and customer service I ever had. I would not recommend anyone to use their services. First of all they are scammers! When I first called to ask how much they said 72 dollars and then when I came In he started saying it’s very complicated and doing his middle eastern market tricks. I agreed to the double cost since I have no time to take it anywhere else. The most horrible thing is that I payed double the price and they ruined my painting. The frame was not custom made like he said it would be and it was over stretched and cracked and also they made a hole in my painting. I bought this painting when I travelled and it was dear to me. I would give them 0 stars! When I started telling him he was kicking me out of the store. Garbage service and owners. Stay away!

The service and advice were very friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and the finished product was beautiful and really elevated the paintings.

We look forward to returning with more art for framing in the future. The only problem is that we may run out of wall-space in our home.

We decided to call this business seeing such highly rated reviews and indeed our experience was representative of that. The Manager was so professional and extremely friendly and helped us out in getting the right frame design and archival glass for it. Thee did such a professional job in mounting down the poster onto a special board to ensure we got a crisp looking visual product. Important to mention, the price was surprising also very fair. The avg framer normally charges much more for this caliber of premium framing. We will definitely be going again for future orders! Thanks so much! We have received so many compliments!

When I think of the "Galleria Frame Shop" at Centrepoint Mall (previously Town & Country Mall in my youth) instant memories come to mind of my father taking me with him when I was little girl, into my teens and adulthood to have his custom framing needs done there. The same store, in the same location, with the same family passed down from generation to generation. My dad passed away in June 2020, just months after our latest jaunt to "Galleria" for some recent framing needs he had. During the saddened process of selling his condo and cleaning through his contents and keepsakes, I found the "Galleria" biz card neatly stashed on a shelf for easy reference in his kitchen cupboard. THAT I kept for certain. Ironically enough, I, personally, haven't had much framing needs in recent years myself, but during Covid, and a bit of redecoarting, inclusive of some of Dad's furniture and wall hangings, I found myself in need of calling "Galleria". Over the past few months, Aret has been my faithful go-to, always responsive to my telephone or texting conversations, and of course, the quality, customization, value and service were outstanding and EXACTLY as I remember throughout the years of my father's satisfaction. Aret recently said to me that my Dad was one of, if not the oldest customer dating back to the 1970's. If that's not a testament to the "Galleria" and the continued level of service they provide, I don't know what is! I will carry on my father's tradition in ONLY going to the Galleria Frame Shop" for my framing needs!

I went to the Galleria Frame Shop during the pandemic to get my rolled canvasses stretched. This was my first time framing anything but Aret was extremely helpful in explaining the process and what to look for. He assured me that his frames were the best quality and at competitive pricing, and even encouraged me to shop around his competitors to see for myself.

Doors temp closed however they are offering very professional very safe isolated distanced appts throughout the week! Just call or msg them for more details or a quote! They are very helpful over the phone! They are also offering live video appts if you drop off your art and contact info while there doors are closed. Blown away how well they framed my printed documents and canvas painting I brought back from the Caribbean Islands! They have excellent knowledgeable and offer fantastic service.
