Galleria is my home and I love it. It is unique in many aspects. The staff are warm and welcoming. The maintenance team is experienced and on-time. And the management team is professional and resourceful.

Good place, lots of amenities, Close to Finch station and Yong street. Perfect view from upper floors.
Very good and cooperating staff (Iris and Jade and Erik).

I've spent an incredible two years at The Galleria Residences. This place has been nothing short of amazing. The sense of community here is strong, and I've got to give credit to Iris and the community team for being so helpful and welcoming.

One standout thing for me has been the maintenance team. Whenever I had an issue, they were right on it, fixing things up within hours. They also followed up afterward to make sure everything was back in working condition. It's clear they care about their residents.

I also want to mention Iris, who recently went above and beyond to help me with a move-out matter. She handled it all professionally and made a real difference.

A big thanks to The Galleria team for making my stay memorable. If you're looking for a great place with a strong community feel, I definitely recommend checking this place out.

I have been living here at the Galleria since 2006 and with my experience, I highly recommend the Galleria building for your place to live. It boast amazing amenities like gym, party room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, media room, basketball court, and pool room.
The management team and maintenance team are helpful all the way.
You will also find a comfortable and enjoyable living experience at the Galleria. The building is just a few minutes (approximately 2-3 minutes) walk to Finch subway station and bus stop is just a step away which is very convenient.

Galleria residential is truly impressive. The modern design, spacious layouts, and stunning views make it a fantastic place to call home. The amenities, including the well-equipped gym and inviting pool area, add to the overall experience. I highly recommend the Galleria building for your residence due to its amazing features. The management, led by Iris, is incredibly hardworking and helpful. Her assistants, Daniel and Eric, are also very friendly and always ready to lend a hand. The repair management service, led by Kyle, is excellent and efficiently resolves any issues within a day.

The Galleria offers a wide range of facilities, including a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, media room, basketball salon, billiard area, and a gym. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

Moreover, the building boasts a fantastic location, being only a 2-minute walk away from Finch subway station. This makes commuting and accessing public transport extremely convenient.

All in all, I can't speak highly enough of the Galleria building. It's a fantastic place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great living experience.

2023 July Competent, responsive and polite workers. The phone call I made had far too many "hold, transfer and retransfers" for an emergency call, but when I got through things happen really fast!

I had trouble paying the rent. Eric helped me and I can pay the rent with credit.

It's been weeks since the old spanish speaking painter bothered my dog ​​by deliberately banging on our door. According to witnesses, our neighbours, he did it several times and on different days, and one day we caught him, reported this disgusting torture, emailed the manager, but, as before, we got nothing, as ever, nothing on any of our problems.
Very poor management, those who have written comments in favour of Galleria are certainly friends or family members of the owner.
In the office, they don't see us all as humans, but just as tenants, someone there is very good at deleting comments he doesn't like! I have a few screenshots proving that he deleted my comments after he replied to me.
(My dog ​​deserves an apology if that old painter isn't a coward, definitely he is).

I have lived in this building for 8 years, I am so glad because of nice and responsible staff. Thay are so polite and hardworking.

Easy move-in experience. Booking the elevator was easy and organized. Movers were able to park and unload without any problems. Great space, community and location.

I requested the service online through the mobile app
The request was fixed in no more than 48 hrs, as it was explained when I submitted the issue.
The staff member was very respectful and knowledgeable.
I haven't had a complaint after the work had been addressed in all the years I have lived at The Galleria

Vickie is a terrible person she discriminates the applicants she chooses to rent to. Prior to us receiving the keys which we were told we would receive in a week, she said my family was a great candidate for the building and had a very good income of money, then the next day she phones us and said she’s throwing out all our paperwork and hung up on me with no reasoning. Terrible management. She will get what she deserves.

I’ve been living here for 1 year is a very good building I’ve never had any major problem but there are no cameras on the hallways one day someone stolen my package that has been left at my door and the security couldn’t do anything because there are no cameras.

I like it because it's a Korean mart. I hope the quality and price offered will improve further.
