Best choice for all Asian dishes need in this neighbourhood, reasonable price and good customer service

I received a Galleria gift certificate from someone I know, and bought things at a secret store. When I tried to pay, the staff said that payment with gift certificates is not possible due to system maintenance. I guess so, and I just came back.
However, when I tried to pay after a few days, I was told that gift certificate payment was not possible while still talking about the system.
As for debits and credits.
Yesterday, before going, I called and checked. But still.they said no. When I asked how long it had been like this and since when the payment for the gift certificate had stopped, it had been since July 6th.
I don't know what exactly the system check means, but it's hard to understand that the payment is not possible with the gift certificates that they have already received and issued for nearly 10 days.
Why should customers bear the inconvenience and loss? Even if the system is inspected, wouldn't it be necessary to have sincerity and effort to minimize customer inconvenience by finding a way so that holders can use gift certificates that they have already paid for and issued?

Big store, mainly Korea food, but the fruits price abit high, overall it is not a bad place to go

This Galleria is bigger than the one in Thornhill. They have a wide selection of Korean food, side dishes, kimchi, produce, meat, fish, and many more. I started coming to this location ever since I moved to midtown, as it is closer, and I am quite content with it.

I will continue to come here for my weekly Korean groceries.

Lots of fantastic Asian products you would be hard pressed to find at North American supers. Good quality meats and fish and a large variety of hot foods. If they added a western style deli I would go here all the time

Love this market! Clean and bright. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and very good quality. Love getting food from their deli and ‘food court’

This Korean "supermarket" is much more than a regular supermarket. It is like a combination of a supetmarket with a Canadian Tire and Shoppers.
The prices are very reasonable with lots of specials and great value offers. They even have a be and alcohol section.
When it comes to Asian products Luke noodles and sauces, they have the best variety of any store (or supermarket) that i've been to in Toronto.
It is very large and a shopping trip here would take more time than a regular supermarket if you'd visit all aisles.
They have a good selection of Korean made N95 face masks.

A Korean Supermarket selling Korean specialty goods and oriental products. There are meat section, frozen goods, Korean and Japanese condiments. They also carry ready-to-eat Korean specialty delicacies. The Store is bright and clean.

I don't know if someone read it but CAN YOU GUYS PLS USE BONET IN THE BUTCHERY? I found that in my meat when i get home from your York mills road branch. Already reported to Toronto public health and dispose them off 8$ went to my garbage…

Last time brought a box of grapes was very fresh. Just came tonight for another two boxes. Not fresh at all.

Conveniently located at York Mills and Don Mills. Lots of free parking. Spacious and clean supermarket for authentic Korean groceries and food. Very polite staff and cashiers.

Convenient shopping. However after 6pm many departments are close and limited items in the shelves. Eggs, milk and some vegetables are expensive. Parking is plenty.

This is at a convenient plaza on York Mills and easy to reach.
The store sells almost everything with Korean Delicacies and dishes as well cooked on the spot.
It is full of Korean Brands and food along with Japanese.
It looks like you have stepped into a real asian supermarket.
There is a good section of Japanese green tea which i liked and snacks one doesn't see in regular marts. It has a built in bakery and sells lots of korean chicken snacks.
The only drawback is that the aisles are too narrow which only lets one trolley through and the store itself is a bit congested which may not be suitable during this pandemic.

Help was there when I needed it. I'm black n spoke a word of korean but they were professional and courteous. Lady stop what she was doing n open a cash register when I was in line. This was my first time. I will definitely recommand this place to other cultures. Great employees.

This store is generally better than any Asian themed stores or possibly other many Canadian grocery stores. I am giving 4 stars only because of their terrible app that has fake daily draw and useless coupons. They better put more effort into their app.

Got Moms Chicken from the Galleria Cafeteria. This is amazing grocery store fried chicken. Probably the best grocery store fried chicken that I have in a while. Super crispy and full of flavour. It's definitely not the BEST fried, but it's freaaaaaking decent, sorry I need to emphasize again for grocery store fried chicken. If your just purchasing groceries and looking for a quick take out muck here she is. The Chicken is a 4, but this Galleria Location is easily a 5! Love coming here when I'm in the area. Easily one of the best Korean grocery stores.

Expensive when food isn't on sale, but they have a large selection available to choose from. They also always have end of day sales where prepared food is marked down to up to 50% off. They make fresh sushi/kimbap in-house, as well as a variety of hot foods, food kits, and cold foods. There's also a beer and wine section, a whole kimchi section, and aisles upon aisles themed to different cooking ingredients. The washroom is super clean too.

Good products available and organized.fish monger/meat is consistent.love it.cashiers needs work, i'm not asking for pretension but that feeling when you leave because it looks like they hate you and their job is enough for me to go to hmart/pat.there are 2 cashierss one with glasses and one with perm who are efficient and genuinely jovial but the others i'm sorry, i run to the self check if only i didn't buy alcohol.

Quality fresh produce, the bakery buns are always good. The fried chicken is tasty, we like the spicy flavor. Staff are friendly and always willing to help with questions

Shop here often but their cooked food is hit and miss. I bought a box of steam buns that states best before 4/30/2021 but one of the bun has foul smell after steaming and the inners were sticky.

I really hope that a location opens up in Pickering near Brock road as it is a far drive for me out from the East end of Toronto. By far my preferred Galleria location for goods/groceries. Was pleasantly surprised to find a selection of growable exotic crops that other grocery stores don't sell (Korean Lettuce varieties, Chungyang Chili, Korean Perilla, and Green Onion). Hoping to see more of the garden section as the weather warms up.

The Home goods department/section has a fantastic selection of products not normally found in the atypical Canadian stores.

The hot food and bakery section is also my favorite and I hate leaving without something.

Busy supermarket with lots of cool finds. Great ready to eat meals such a sushi.

The Galleria Supermarket it is in my opinion the best option in the locality for shopping, it has a lot of options, a lot of offers, excellent prices, ample space, good parking, option of South Korean and chinese and all oriental food.very good and I recommend it, usually when let's go shopping we always look for good places like this!

Galleria in my experience has really been a hit or a miss. Some days the staff are friendly, other days the staff is incredibly rude. The dishes vary; some are amazing, and others taste very bad.

If you come during a weekend, they usually have samples throughout the store that allow you to try the products they sell.

They have an end of day sale that usually starts at 7pm with a 20% (sashimi; the discount does not decrease after that) or 30% off sticker on certain sushi and packaged food items. For the sushi and select packaged food the sale increases to 50% off at 9pm.

I do enjoy some items on the order menu:
1. The fish roe soup is one of my favourites. It tastes amazing.
2. The pork cutlet dish was overly dry and tasted bland, definitely would not order again.
3. The sweet and sour pork was good but it was drowning in sauce, we had to purchase another rice to even it out!
4. The Korean ramen dish was very big, I felt that it didn't have enough noodles and was overly salty, but otherwise it was yummy and tasted home made.
5. The black sauce noodle is always a big portion and tastes good.
The dumplings can be bought packaged and pre-made or they can be ordered to be made fresh. The fresh ones are really yummy.
6. The bibimbap in a hot stone pot was the worst dish I ever ordered here. The rice was extremely mushy and wet, it was put into the stone pot from a rice cooker and was still overly soggy! The toppings are unappetizing and do not taste good. This dish was absolutely horrible and it was not worth paying a bit extra for the stone pot because they did not cook it in the stone pot.

The mall is at the corner next to two buffet restaurants. It close at 11pm. You can shop around after your buffet dinner or lunch. The price may be a bit higher but fresh which worth the price. You can dig your treasure from their special price vegetables corner. Some reduced price vegetables are fresh. Instant food cut from 20-30% off at night. Big and clean store. The only store don’t smell fishy at the fish counter. Unfortunately most stuff are written in Korean but, one can guess what it is. I loved their ginseng product. Ginseng in Korea is a very common stuff which you can found in cigarette filter, daily food, drinks n candy. I loved their ginseng drinks and not too expensive. $28 for 30 pcs. I found it’s quite hard to buy a real fish balls in Scarborough. Their egg balls is what I am expected and not expensive. My husband like the fish eggs which in here is c$5.99 a lb in frozen, big n fresh. Comparing to the ones bought st the Chinese supermarket which are much smaller. I have tried their sliced beef especially for hot pot but, wasn’t a good one. It’s fresh but doesn’t have the taste of a good beef.

One of my favorites spot to shop, good place to grab hot foods when I don't feel like cooking. Prices on fresh produces are a bit more on the higher side. The quality is of veggies are good.

A little bit on the pricier side.but if you know what you're looking for specifically, they have some great deals (aka. Sushi, meats, and hot food items)

Grab groceries here, sushi, beer and wine, and if you're hungry grab food at their food court. Go for the steam dumpling or their famous soup

For the lover of korean food, this is the place to be! They have a small food court where you can choose the basic korean dishes like beef/pork bulgogi, kimchi, japchae, etc and put it on your plate to be weighed. For less than $8 you get all the dishes that i just mentioned.

Love their hot food section - the seollong tang is incredible! I also get all my Korean sauces and side dishes here.
