Incredibly poor service. Was repeatedly told our garments would be completed in 2 weeks - even suggested that they may be done earlier. Order ended up being 3 days late and required consistent follow ups.

Order came back incorrect. Logo placement was supposed to be above chest pocket as done in a previous order. Instead, logo was embroidered onto the chest pocket, effectively sewing it shut and rendering it useless.

They also lost one of our shirts and refused to admit it. Continually told me it was "somewhere at the shop" but never returned it.

Order was prepaid for 20 garments with 3 of them to be completed separately, but after this botched logo placement, we did not want to continue with their service. Asked for a refund on the missing shirt and the 3 garments that were never embroidered, but have not received anything after 2 weeks. Did not receive a response from contact for a full week before any discussion on this botched order happened.

Would not recommend at all.
