I’ve been looking for a new dentist for about a year now and it’s safe to say I’ve found my new home. Dr. Galloro along with the team are both particularly thorough and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to my oral health. They made me feel taken care of from the moment I walked in along with the constant kindness and good energy throughout the office. Great clean practice and amazing service overall. Highly recommend!

Extremely professional staff and well trained in hygiene and safety. I felt really comfortable and happy with my cleaning and they were able to figure out the root cause of my tooth pain thats been going on since forever!

Came here a few days ago for an invisalign consultation, the team was very knowledgeable and gave me everything I needed to find out about the procedure.

They take your money. Do not do the work and do not refund. Do NOT go here. There are more honorable dentists with more experience in the GTA. To be clear you bought the patients and then took their money and did NO work. Making you a thief and all future patients will know and I will do everything I my power to make sure all including Invisalign what type of business you run.

The whole team at Galloro dental (I go to both Summerhill + Don Mills locations) have been nothing but stellar, professional and great with me. I have had several appointments and interactions with the team and would highly recommend them for Invisalign treatment and modern dentistry. I've had very pleasant interactions with Ryan, Shu, Connie, and Dr. C. Galloro.

I chose Galloro Dental Group because of the easy Invisalign education, pricing (ask questions when in doubt about it), few office visits during treatment, and best of all, the team is fantastic. I really love that the invisalign treatment could be tracked through a phone app - so less office visits. This is great for people who have a busy work life and cannot make it to frequent dental appts to check your progress which I loved. I started my journey during the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in May 2020, infection control compliance is great, they ensure patient safety and make sure you're comfortable. My invisalign treatment results are great!

If I could give it NO STARS! Now I understand the bad reviews.
What an unprofessional business. This office (Connie) decided to text me at 10pm to request a new consultation appt change by 30min; from 615pm to 545pm. The appt.was 2 weeks away. This couldn't wait until the next day during regular business hours? !
When I advised the texter, (Connie) this is unprofessional, she can cancel appt. Her rationale was "they have patients who appreciate that they are available late at night. " I am a first time patient. Why would you text me at 10pm in the night about a first consultation appt? She continued to go back and forth with me through text message. I asked to speak with a manager, guess who the manager is, CONNIE!? So now my problem is with the person who is also taking the complaint? This makes absolutely no sense. She was very condescending when I asked questions; she continued to speaking to me like I was her child. I asked to speak to the doctor as that would be the only other person to talk to since Connie is the manager, Again the time is inconvenient. I'd have to wait 4 days to speak to the doctor.
This office does nothing to retain potentially new patients after their unprofessionalism. Connie you should be ashamed of yourself and hopefully you learn that it is extremely unprofessional to text at 10pm about rescheduling a new consult appt. Maybe the doctor will find time to call me now, since you were unable to hold a pleasant respectful conversation.

This place was 1000x better when it was Summerhill Gardens and Dr. Marika's team. New ownership needs to learn customer service or just not interact with patients. Unable to handle accountability and it's clear they don't keep detailed track of appointments and interactions with patients, not to mention their lack of compassion and condescending tones when communicating. New management needs to value their existing patients and not be so money hungry.

I haven't had any negative encounters with the front desk staff and can only speak to my interactions with Ryan and Dr. Cristina. It's a shame when I see the negative reviews and can agree that Galloro Dental is only interested in as much money they can get from each patient and not building better relationships with patients. I've been coming since 2016 and couldn't feel any more grateful for this extremely frustrating experience with Ryan and Cristina. They absolutely refused to rectify the fact that their office dropped the ball and offered no options to come to any type of solution. When I spoke with Cristina about my issue and voiced that my experience with this dental office since her taking it over has been frustrating, she took it as her opportune time to state that we should end doctor patient relationship since I was dissatisfied but still seeking a way to figure out how my issue can be resolved. Especially since I had my children going to this dental office prior to her taking over this location and felt that I would rather give this dental office a chance to right their wrongs considering how long I've been patient.

Save your money and your time and look for a dental office that respects your business and your time, acknowledges any wrong doings and actively tries to be more solution oriented.

Great staff (friendly, knowledgeable, professional). I am soooo happy with my smile now, I got Invisalign and bonding and my teeth are perfect now. I get compliments on my smile and now I feel more confident with my teeth! Definitely recommend Galloro Dental.

This dentist doesn't even deserve one star. I went here to have a consult for braces and have a few fillings taken care of. Not only did dr. Waldman crack my tooth, doctor Galloro also refused to talk to me about the problem. I went into the office twice regarding the same filling to go to another dentist to find out that she cracked it. Knowing that I had anxiety her staff also cornered me in an office while I was having my teeth taken care of and attacked me verbally for stating a student didnt fo their job properly. They proceeded to lie to me and tell me the student has been there for a while, and the receptionist told me they just hired her a week or two ago. Also they are not registered orthodontist (so I don't even understand why she is doing ANY ORTHO WITHOUT A LICENSE) and wanted to put an expander into a 31-year old woman. This is something that should be done while you're a juvenile and not as an adult and every orthodontist I have told that she suggested this said she shouldn't even have a dental license and 2 dentists I know have reported her to the dental board. Save yourself the aggravation and find a different dentist these people suck. They have no compassion or common sense oh, they are the typical money-hungry dentist. They also told me they would only refund my money back if I could prove the dentist did this. Now I have to pay for a $400 x-ray to see how bad my tooth is cracked. Thanks Galloro!

Do not get invisalign or pay in advance in this dentist had a really bad experience with my invisalign started my treatment I'm 2019 with Dr Marika she sold the practice to galloro they took Over my case have treated me for over a year then on my last vist I was on my last aligner thought I was getting my buttons removed and finished treatment instead they said I needed a cavity and got a cleaning charge me over 500 dollars used all my insurance then told me they can't finish my treatment and have to contact Dr Marika or find a new dentist said it was to complicated for the dentist so now over 9 months waiting for an answer still wearing the same aligner for over 9 months I had to reach out and find my own dentist and will have to pay all over again for a treatment I paid in advance also the new dentist I contacted said he can't understand why they would treat a patient in such away the procedure isn't even complicated if your looking to do invisalign stay away from this place

Do not go to this dentist. I never had issues with cavities but every time I went there I magically had new cavities that needing filling, was never told what the cost would be then ended up with a bill for hundreds of dollars. I decided to go to this dentist because it was slightly cheaper but all my "cavities" ended up costing me hundreds. Don't get fooled like I did, just another money hungry dentist.

I was absolutely amazed by the hospitality shown by Galloro dental. The dentists are so experienced, kind, genuine and professional. All dental work completed is clearly explained to patients and all the dental appliances used are so modern! Please join this dental office, you will not regret!

Newly renovated with the newest technology and infection control. Whenever I walk in I feel like it's home. Staff so friendly, it feels like, I'm family. Highly recommend especially if you considering Invisalign.

Constantly overbooked, almost always having to wait 30 mins in the waiting room for each check up appointment.

New Management was the final straw on my end, after coming here for more than 5 Years. I can't respect misleading tactics to get clients back in the Chair.

Galloro dental was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and explained every detail of my treatments. I got invaslign and actually got them off today and are so so happy with my results! Not only do they make you feel trustworthy but they are so accommodating about appointments. I actually so enjoy going there and will continue to go there for the rest of my cleanings and following procedures. This is my honest review after a couple years off Invisalign.

I saw the dentist ONCE during the entire process, and that was BEFORE I got my Invisalign. I didn't even see her anytime after, even after I finished my treatment to, you know, double check how my teeth were. The front-desk staff is very helpful and insightful, and this review does not reflect my experience with the front-desk staff, only the dental team.

At the end of my treatment, my overbite wasn't fixed, and there was a small gap in the bottom two front teeth. When I asked the person about the gap on my last day of treatment, she (not the dentist) said "let's not worry about that". I remember those exact words. I also mentioned that my back teeth do not touch well, and she just drilled and "shredded" them until they forcefully touched.

I would highly suggest you stay away from this place. This organization values quantity over quality. I didn't realize until I met another orthodontist to compare just how poorly this dental office practiced. I mean, I only met the dentist once before the treatment. And made my overbite worst, and left a small gap in my bottom teeth.

Also, even the "treatment" was using Invisalign, the retainers they provide are not Invisalign, they are some cheap retainers which are thinner and have to switch every 4 months.

Please stay away from this dental place. I know the price is very appealing, which is why I went to this place, but the quality is not worth it.

I am beyond happy with Dr. Galloro and her team. All of the staff is extremely professional, friendly and attentive. Went there for the Invisalign treatment and I am extremely pleased with my decision.

I had not seen the dentist in 10 years because I was terribly afraid. I finally had to go because of the excruciating pain I experienced with my molar which was stopping me from eating & speaking properly. Dr Galloro was the only dentist willing to fit me into her schedule.

Dr Galloro informed me about the condition of the tooth, told me a root canal would be needed to save it, and then answered all of my questions with ease. I was still terrified about the procedure, but quickly gained comfort when Dr Galloro provided me anaestesia in a painless manner! She did not hesitate to provide more anaesthesia throughout the procedure, which made me feel safe and comfortable in her expert hands. I cannot thank Dr Galloro enough for relieving that throbbing ache from my tooth! I am now booked in for deep cleans and appreciate the expert professional care at Galloro Dental. Happy New Year! Galloro Dental Group is an extremely well run family business! Each staff member I had a chance to speak to was extremely kind, helpful and caring. With the newly renovated offices, a warm modern ambiance is felt and this truly works to reduce anxiety experienced while at the dentist. I was pleased to hear all of the COVID-19 precautions in place - further helping to allow myself and other patients alike to feel comfortable during visits. I am looking forward to coming back for my next visit in a few months. I offer my recommendations to anybody looking for a dentist in the GTA!

My visit to Galloro Dental Summerhill was a very good one. I have always been very scared of going to the dentist and have not been in many years causing, but all the staff at Galloro Dental Summerhill have made me feel at ease. The dentist I saw, Dr. Galloro, helped me overcome my fear and restore my smile. Now I can go to the dentist and I can smile again, because of Dr Galloro and the rest of the staff at Galloro Dental Summerhill.

At first glance, the Summerhill location is clean and full of modern dental equipment. The reception staff were lovely and helpful and the environment was relaxing. The dentists and assistants were also great! One of the best experiences I've had at the dentist. I'm looking forward to my next check-up in a few months!

I had an amazing experience at Galloro Dental Summerhill! The office is beautiful, clean and modern. I have a long history of dental anxiety and because of this dental appointments are usually very hard for me. The staff at Galloro dental make me feel very calm and relaxed, both with their detail orientated Covid-19 protocols and their kind patient care.
