Very helpful and compassionate receptionists, always give lots of good information over the phone. They are quick to respond to emails, which is very convenient. Special thanks to Dr Hannah who was extremely thorough and pleasant to deal with, but all other doctors there are just as good.
Fair pricing and I never had to wait for too long, even when they had to fit in an emergency.

Jackie and her team at GAH are the best. Through the good and the bad with all our Family’s pets over the years, they have always been there to get us through. From the mundane Annual Checkups, to the end of a pet’s life. They recommend what’s good for your pet, not their bottom line. They are much appreciated and as highly recommended as can be! KS

This is a really good clinic, always on time, professional and dedicated stuff. We had a dental surgery for our chihuahua recently. Everything went really well and he was up and running by the end of the day. The veterinarian, Jane Steckle, is an amazing person and doctor. The whole team is great, they take good care of their patients!

We recently had to put our dog down and it was a very hard time. The vets were very patient and gave us lots of time. They are very compassionate.

Always a pleasant atmosphere when I take my doggo to galt animal hospital.
Staff always give my pet a warm welcome, and the vet is very kind and knowledgeable.
Little pricey, but you pay for what you get and that is top quality customer service and veterinary care.
Solid 5 stars.

Unprofessional,
Had a very expensive surgery done for my dog.
Then had a medical emergency not even 2 weeks later from the surgery and they denied any care when it was needed and sent me to another emerg vet which then in turn cost me a few hundred dollars and now needs the same surgery again costing me another couple thousand.
Not to mention the lack of empathy when I called in a panic needing medical advice or help.
Used this vet for many years but will not be returning again.

EDIT TO ADD - if you leave an honest review they will call you and be mad about it instead of caring about your pet and try to fix their mistakes.

Such a great place, all the staff are so friendly and my puppy is in love with Dr. Teminski, he loves going to the vet and she has made it a totally positive experience for him (even after a traumatic injury). Definitely recommend taking your pet here. Added bonus is the use of the Pet Desk app which makes for easy communication and appointment booking!

I always have a positive experience at this clinic. The last visit, my cat needed treatment for an infection. I felt so terrible that I missed the signs. But the vet offered several explanations as to why I may have missed it and reassured me that I'm not a bad pet owner. The front desk receptionists are very kind and compassionate. I like that they utilize the Pet Desk app, so making appointments and getting reminders is easy.

Switched to this vet when we wanted a second opinion. They have been great with my 12 year old German Shepard. Highly recommend.

Fantastic from the start!

Got our family a new dog for Christmas who needed yearly shots, to book a spay, and to be treated for bad anxiety.

Booked her in, and from the get-go the staff have been excellent. They’re all so warm and welcoming.
Dr. Jane was great with Elsa, and listened to our concerns and questions with both kindness, and helpful advice.

Few days later we started having issues with Elsa’s anxiety and Dr. Jane was able to prescribe medication within the hour to help.
