GAM Diagnostic Imaging

I went there for an anatomy scan. The name of my sonographer was Tweency. She did a very good job and was very patient. She spent an hour straight for the scan. She managed to give me some more time for the rest of the scan after her one patient. Otherwise I had to book an appointment for some other day for the rest of the process. Highly recommend. I was very happy with the service she gave me.

I had an ultrasound with Sadaf Nadeem. She is very nice and very knowledgable with what she do. She explain to me where are the parts of my baby and she was very gentle when she was doing the ultrasound. She is also friendly. Will come back again here

Technician doing ultra sound is racially motivated and rude has no people skills or manners. Other Tech. Are good but yesterday afternoon. Very different and I am not anew customer

Worst experience! On top what a unprofessional staff, I had my anatomy scan and the technician was rude as well she was yawning continuously like for an hour, what kind of healthcare practice was that? No ethics, no professionalism. I recommend not to book this centre for your services.

I had my prenatal ultrasound booked at this clinic and I'm so glad I got a chance a chance to experience their service. Absolutely no wait time for me and my sonogapher Sadaf was so kind and knowlegeable. She was so detailed in each step of the exam and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place especially Sadaf, consider yourself lucky if you get her as your sonographer:)

I had ultrasound appointment with sadaf naveed, i have seen her many time before. She was very kind and helpful. She is professional, I was comfortable with her. Even the staff of this clinic are really nice, professional and friendly. If you are looking clinic for ultrasound i would recommend this clinic.

My request for Ultrasound was kind of very urgent. Really appreciate Gam staff especially Manjinder for considering my request and on top of that Nadeem gave great service. She was so gentle. Whole team is wonderful and very polite. Thank you all so much for your great Work.

Dr Savita is so nice, She did my ultrasound with great care and love, I was feeling so comfortable with her.

Had a very pleasant experience at this center. Not sure if the exact name was but remember it as 'gimme' who did my anomaly scan with so much patience. The baby didn't cooperate and the scan took good one hour. But due to her nature I felt very comfortable and came out with a happy heart. Thank you team. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Just reach there on time.

Very disrespectful and rude receptionist. That girl sitting in the middle today at reception (Saturday- Jan-28-2023) had no manners, poor service. Stupid girl don’t know anything.

I had X-rays and ultrasound appointment for my foot. They made me feel very comfortable as before i was very nervous and scared. I had very good experience with the staff. They are very professional and friendly. I must say that the receptionists there are the best.

I don’t remember exact name but i guess sabhita did my ultrasound. She is very cute and polite, she treated me with great patience. God bless her. Good job dear. Keep it up and explore ur skills more

Had a rather "sensitive" ultrasound done on Nov 14/22. Reception was friendly and ultrasound tech lady who did my ultrasound was awesome (sorry i didnt get her name), she explained the procedure to me and was gentle doing it. Thank you!

The worst place to have ultrasound. My spouse had an appointment and she was vomiting due to which she got delayed by 10 mins. The doctor / technician didn't take her and made her wait for 30 more mins to see if someone shows up. After that, the doctor declined to take her and gave appointment on next day. There was a critical issue. This is the worst behavior by doctor. I don't recommend anyone to go here especially to ROSE - the worst technician!

Front desk is helpful and I'm really thankful to them!

So made an appointment had too wait 2 weeks for. Ultrasounds and the girls at the front desk so amazing and helpful. Can’t say the same for the X-rays as they get ppl to come in to work that have no idea how to use the machine, when the other one has been out of use for a bit, and like no care about ppls time and life. Very disappointed on there end

Rude staff. Staff on a power trip. Will cancel your appointment, despite their own incomplence. Go to another ultrasound place, the reviews don’t lie here.

I personally had a horrible experience which Is why I’m sharing it here to prevent from anyone having to go through the same thing as I did. I went to go do my first ultrasound at 8 weeks and the technician Nigot would not let me hear the baby’s heart beat and gave me an option of either letting my partner come in for 2 minutes or getting a picture of my ultrasound. I wasn’t able to get both. So I chose to let my partner in the room for 2 minutes. It was such a disappointing experience especially it being my first pregnancy. I will NOT be returning to this place.

Had a really bad experience at this place. I am pregnant and I went for my ultrasound, the lab technician was really mean. She showed zero empathy towards me and my baby. The front desk ladies were helpful but the technician was awful. I had to cancel my appointment and I booked it with finchgate instead, as I saw a reviewer who mentioned to go to finchgate and I am so glad I did. Finchgate was amazing, the technician was so empathetic, knowledgeable, and caring. Finchgate was cleaner and more organized than this place. The baby picture I received from here was awful, couldn’t even see my baby. It was some flimsy, dark, and unclear paper. The one from finchgate was so clear and more like plastic. I advise you do not go here if you’re pregnant. Honestly!

I have been trying to connect to reception for past one week to get an appointment.no one is attending calls!

Unable to ever get through to make an appointment. I called another clinic and got through right away. Probably won't go back.

I had mammogram appointment. When I went there could not find my requisition. Obviously they booked my appointment because my doctor sent them request.
This is not first time.
I had to contact my doctor to send it again to them. But they rebooked me next day.
I took time off from work again. As I was about to reach there they canceled my appointment again and asked to reschedule.
Totally disappointed. They do not value the time and health of patients.
What are the chances my appointment will not be canceled again.

They don’t know how to work. Rude, no customer service skills, they don’t even pick up call on reception.

I have been trying to book an ultrasound for three days now. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. The voice message responds with the usual brush off, "experencing high call volume please call back later" and then disconnects you.

Only made it as far as the RECEPTIONIST. She has a disgusting attitude. She unprofessionally requested granular details about my medical situation in a room full of people waiting, then lectured me, then rudely told me she could not assist me. PLEASE DO A STAFF REVIEW.
