Gam Diagnostic Imaging X-ray

I went there Monday for X-ray and ultrasound. I called in the morning for ultrasound appointment and they had appointments available in the afternoon and evening. Polite and friendly staff. It just took only around 20 mins to finish both X-ray and ultrasound. Very quick and fast, friendly service. Didn’t face any kind of issues at all. I recommend GDI for their services.

I've always had great experience at this location. Wait time is less than 5-10 mins. The receptionists are helpful. The Ultrasound technicians are very nice and experienced. Esp the male technician (i didnt ask his name) is very polite, patient and experienced.

My family doctor had requested for ultrasounds and x-rays. I called this location and they were able to book me in for my ultrasound visits. I came in for 2 of my appointments so far and I had no major issues. The only thing I could say is that the reception desk employees need to be more friendly and caring. I guess it depends who you get on the day. I was seen very quickly. The technicians, Akhtar and Sumit were amazing! Had a great laugh with them. They made the whole experience smooth. Thank you so much!

Front desk is so unprofessional. Lady in the front doesn’t even try to look for my name in the system and just directly said You don’t have an appointment. After 1 minute, she saw my name and told me that u have an appointment 11: 20 am but I was told on phone that my appointment timing is 11 am.

Wish I could give them 0 star. First they booked my dad’s appointment and when we went there on appointment day, they said it’s tomorrow and refused to do it the same day though it was either their staff fault or glitch in the system. Staff at the front is extremely rude except one young girl. 0 customer service skills. Will never go back there.

Very efficient and staff are extremely nice. High level of professionalism. The X-ray manager was e kind and compassionate towards my elderly mother. I have been here a few times for myself, my children and my parents, very pleasant and efficient experience every time.

Getting an appointment after 2 months, so I'll tell my probably fractured hand to wait untill Gam diagnostic people are available.

The staff at this location is amazing, especially the technician who did my ultrasound. He was very courteous, mindful and helpful.

The Indian old lady at front is super rude she doesn’t have customer service skills.people at front should be polite to help patients as the patients are suffering from some illness. They destroy mood of the people. They don’t want to help people. The owner of this location should pay attention to this lady.

First appointment of the day and the staff is already rude and upset they expect you to treat them with respect but what about treating the patients same way? Disappointed

I just want to to take the time to highlight a member of this team. Taha! Taha has been amazing through and through. I’ve had him as an ultrasound tech back in 2019, I then saw him at BCH and would’ve loved to request him because he has amazing bedside manners. Although my journey wasn’t favourable back then, he uplifted me and kept me positive throughout it. Now in 2021/2022, I had the joy of reconnecting with him while on this new journey and blessed to have him as the technician again. Very pleasant, kind, personable, caring, empathetic, funny and professional. He has made me feel comfortable every single appointment and he remembers your face and your story. Even with a two year gap in between seeing him, he remembered who I was. It’s nice when a tech can have a conversation and pass the time; rather than doing their job in silence. There are some people who leave a lasting impression in your life and I’m so blessed that this journey has come full circle and he was here to hear the great news. He was so thorough, that the midwives were able to catch something and refer me to BCH for further testing. Grateful! The girls at the front have always been able to squeeze me in based on the timeline from my midwives. I am grateful for the experiences I’ve had here even during the pandemic. Thank you! Very unprofessional and RUDE! Waited 1.5hr only becuz i was 10 mins late! They kept my requisition on their desk until 1 hr passed and I asked, and they finally put my paper in line on the baskets.

All staff extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice staff. All girls are nice. I just did my xrays. Thank you staff.

Worst place ever. Results are terrible. Even my Dr agrees. Never going back. So upset and disappointed.

Need some lesson how to operate

I want to give 100 stars for the tech. Sandra working in this centre.
She makes you so comfortable, such a nice and pleasant lady I have ever experience with any technician. Sometime our community people Asians they don’t talk to you properly or either rude but this lady “SANDRA” awesome. She make you so comfortable that you feel like you are talking to your family member.and best part is she even speak Hindi mix punjabi! Good job Sandra!

I had my ultrasound and the baby's hearbeat stopped by that. They didnot inform and send report to my doctor neither on that day and nor even on other day. Doctor office contacted them to get the report. If everything was ok then its acceptable but in case of emergency they should be responsible.

0 stars! GAM is worst place to get any tests! Please consider another place. The other locations are also horrendous. My ultrasound was performed extremely unprofessionally, i had no cover (taken off by the tech). The wand was brought uncovered from OUTSIDE the room! When.i sad it is better we don't continue my remarks were ignored! I was talked to rudely and in undermining manner. Not only this, my report did not match the pictures taken by them! When I contacted manager I was rudely replied to by e-mail as to why I am contacting, as she was on her vacation. No one is there to look after any of the clinics, no supervisor, one manager who obviously has no clue what they are doing. Hires staff with no experience and staff that makes huge mistakes. False positives or false negatives. Please save yourself time as well as stress by not going there, they will most likely give you wrong results.

I would give 0 star if I could. DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. CONFIRMED appointment time twice, even the day before appointment and to find out on the day of diagnostic imaging, the time was different. Waited a long time and wasted + time. Really really unhappy with their process of work. Do not waste your time going here. Does not know how to book appointments for patients properly or provide the customer service.

I strongly disagree with everything negative I have read. The girls in the front are exceptional workers. They always accommodate, and never disappoint. I have been late a few times for my appointment, I had to wait but they managed to get my exam done. I recommend this place 100%

Only had to wait 5 minutes past my appointment time and both the receptionist and tech were friendly. No complaints.

I went yesterday for an ultrasound. Had to wait about 15 minutes but it was fine. The ultrasound was quick and easy. The lady who did my ultrasound (can't remember her name) was really nice. The staff was also pretty nice. Overall a good experience.

Doctors are supposed to make you feel better not more tensed. Their staff is so sad and serious all the time with rude faces and replies.

The worst location to go for ultrasound. I had worst experience with one of the technician nurse. She was very very rude. I came out crying. Don't ever go there. Nurse like her should not be in this profession don't know how to talk to patients.

Today had an x ray at this location. No precautions what so ever. The bed has no paper to cover! No sanitizing at all. Why authorities allow them to operate these places In this condition!

The ladies at the front desk don't understand basic customer service skills - which is basically the only skill they need for their role. The first lady I approached when I got there was very dry. The ultrasound technician was professional and kind. Then I get out of the room and I'm told the front desk can print me a picture of my ultrasound. This is my 1st pregnancy and due to COVID-19, my husband could not come with me to see our baby for the first time so I was really excited to get a photo to share with him. So I see a different lady at the front desk and she's like "yes? " and I tell her that I was told I could get a picture of my ultrasound. She tells me to wait as she didn't get access to the pictures yet, so I wait and wait and wait (about 15 minutes) and finally I ask her again "did you get it? " and she's like 'oh, let me check again" as if she wasn't attempting to check that whole time so I could leave. (Keep in mind there are like 2 other patients in the office, it wasn't busy). She finally gets it printed on 8.5x11 paper and it's the blurriest, most pixelated thing I've ever seen. Doesn't even resemble our baby that I saw during the ultrasound and looks nothing like the photos other moms have been sharing online at the same stage of their pregnancy. At that point, I had been waiting long enough and my husband was waiting in the car the whole time so I left. Needless to say, I was super disappointed and I'll definitely not be going back. I get you deal with people everyday, but you're in the medical field - have some compassion and respect for the people you're dealing with, the same way you expect it as per the signs you have posted in your office.

Pleasant experience. Receptionist was very helpful in booking an urgent appointment same day. Technician was calm while answering all the questions. Recommending this place for Ultrasound.

Hi my name is Ravinder and I wanted to book an appointment, when i wanted to reconfirm about the date & time associate by the name of Natasha she replied me in rude manner saying that didn't I tell you? People book appointments for their treatment, not for the lunch or dinner. She should understand that she is a medical receptionist. Giving one star at least she could book my appointment.

This place is nice and very professional staff especially Meghavi ultrasound technician and Bhavna at front desk. It is hard to describe what a patient feel when they do ultrasound but when your technician behaves extra human and kind I feel experience can be nicer. Thank you Meghavi for being such an example. The staffs are very kind and cooperative and honestly there are nothing which I felt could be better. Thank you Bhavna for recognizing even our voice over phone ️ and your kind nature.

It was my experience visiting this place for my child and before going there i did check feedback from other people. I was shocked why people gave 1 star and complaint about the staff and the results. Today i was there and staff members treats me really well. Guy who did the ultrasound was so helping. I strongly recommend this place. I am not ignoring others useful remarks but i was out in 15 minutes. 100% recommended. Thanks for the great service.

The ultrasound staff is really rude, first Ishe should learn minimum courtesy to talk to patient. I strongly recommend not to go there.

Health care with NO CARE! Front desk personnel were very unprofessional and mostly miserable people, no basic common courtesy, the just call out to you like you are cattle and your up to be slaughtered, no hi, hello, how are you? , what can we do for you today? , no smiling, even the elders and people who are obviously in pain were treated like a nuisance. Worst of all, the ultra sound staff name Denise, was just so rude, and should not be working in healthcare, she was impatient and antagonistic and condescending. Bad company culture all around. The only happy, friendly staff was a Filipino guy named Mike, I witnessed a couple times, how upbeat, friendly and courteous he was to the patients.

Front desk staff is not professional. Extremely rude. Doesn't matter over the phone or in person. Very disrespectful. Stay away from this place

Five Stars for Sandra the best ultrasound tech I have ever had. Exceptionally thorough! Professional, pleasant & and did I say thorough. Now that I experienced the difference, I know that not all ultrasound techs are created equal!
