1 star is too many. I just took a half day off work so my wife could go for an appointment. Not only were they not able to see her because they didn't have the right person their to do what they had to do but they didn't let us know the day before, or the morning of or even when she arrived. My wife waited 40 minutes before they said they couldn't see her. They didn't care at all and were totally unprofessional.

Receptionist left out one of my ultrasound. I found that out when I arrived at appointment. When I tried making another appointment, I was on hold 20min telling me I’m in que to talk to someone, then it goes to a VM they don’t respond too. This happened 3 times in a row. Trust me, go somewhere else!

Extremely unprofessional and untrained staff.
They booked my elderly mother for an ultrasound.
When we went to the Trafalgar location, from Milton, they said that they do not do this particular kind of ultrasound.
When I asked as to how they can book a service which they do not perform, the reception replied that there are new staff who would have booked this, being unaware of what service they can and cannot deliver.

Couldn't get through to book an appointment by phone. Waiting 10-15 min just to get the message that the person I am trying to reach is unavailable. Tried few times, mornings, afternoons. This is ridiculous!

Very nice technician helped with my ultrasound, clearly explained and talked to ease my anxiety. While I was waiting, phone never stopped ringing even for a second. I can understand the complaints but it's a very busy clinic and receptionists are doing best that they can. Keep up the good work!

Went here 2ce for ultrasound. The reception team was very helpful and the staff was very gentle, calm and friendly. Would come back again.

No one picks up the phone to book appointments. Have been trying non stop for over 2 weeks and the line drops after a few minutes. I have to resort to going in to the clinic to book an appointment. How are the elderly, persons with disabilities or people with work and kid responsibilities able to manage this? Way to make people go through hoops to gain access to healthcare

My first and only experience with this place was a positive one. Sure, it can get crowded, but that's not their fault. The receptionist team tries to manage things to the best of their ability. One particular receptionist named Rowan was very helpful and kind to my son and me. Overall, a good experience.

Forget trying to get an appointment over the phone. It will NEVER happen. I have tried calling five times as soon as they open, put on hold with that horrible music and after about 3 minutes cut off with a messsage saying "try later". If you want an appoinment at this location you have to walk in and make it in person. If you are willing to settle for their Trafalgar Memorial location you can get one on the phone.

My girl needed an emergency X-ray that day, the one located in Hospital Gate told us to come here, they closed late. The technician was so good to take care of my girl to make her comfortable during the test. And the results was sent to the doctor immediately,!

Treated my mom very poorly. Yelled at her for asking simple questions, and made rude, snarky remarks. Completely unprofessional, do not trust them with your medical procedures.

Its hard to believe a place where people that require medial attention can be so rude and thoughtless.

Upon arrival here at the Hospital Gate location, I showed the staff that I was here for an xray. With no explanation or apology, she rudely advised that I had to go to the Trafalgar office. There was no sign on the door advising such (as I was there 20 minutes early). With no other choice, I made my way there.

After a 15 minute drive, I arrived. Again there was no sign on the door advising of no xray, but when I presented my requisition, the staff advised that they did not perform xrays today and that I had to go to the Hospital Gate location!? !? !? !? !? !?

I immediately told her that's where I just came from, to which she just apologised. I told her to call that office so that no one else had to go through this circus.

I went home down parking fee and gas and still in pain and not knowing why. I wish there was a -10 rating.

I hope the staff at Gam receive better care when they need it.

Very very very bad experience with the staff at Traflargar Rd: did not return my OHIP card, lost my doctor's requisition slip, have to go twice instead of once, have to wait for an hour for each visit. I would not recommend Gam X-Ray at Traflargar Rd, ask your doctor for other location.

Showed up for my appointment, the line was the length of the waiting room. Get to the front desk and am 5 minutes late for my appointment because I’ve been waiting in line in their waiting room for 10 minutes. They inform me that it is past my appointment and can’t see me.
Front desk is overwhelmed, poorly run, disorganized and rude. Strong suspicion they are double booking and just hoping people don’t show up. Absolutely appalling.

I have been here 3 times. The first time for an ECG in which my experience was very nice (only long waiting for an appointment but that is canada Healthcare in a nutshell) and two more for ultrasounds. The staff for the ultrasound is not friendly and they really don't make you feel comfortable. I really didn't like my experience. For the medical staff, we are not there for fun, often the patients are scared, have some empathy

First off you cannot get something on the phone, you have to go in for appointments. I had went in 3 times for a bone density only for the receptionist to tell to come back, I will be going to 2525 Bronte medical from now on.

I called to book an appointment, and the receptionist answered the call to tell me to hold for a short time until they can book my appointment; it has been 40 mins, and I am still waiting in the call. Lol

The worst place to go for an imaging. I arrived in time for my appointment yet they did not allowed me to come in because I was late according to their words. My appointment was booked for 9am, but eventually they changed it to 8.50am. Don't waste your time going there

Showed up to an appointment today get to the desk and the magical person isn’t there wasting my time, hopefully your not pulling the same excuse the following week but I won’t keep my hopes up losers at the desk

First off, I want to say the technicians that did my ultrasound and mammogram were fantastic. It was my first time having it done and they were both gentle and patient with me. 5 stars for them.

As for the reviews about the front desk people. I have a lot of empathy for them. They have to deal with rude people every single day (which isn't an excuse to be rude either). I advocate and work for human resources in the work place. And what I witnessed while I was there was very unsettling.

The office manager, the older short lady with a blonde "Karen" hair cut was just rude, toxic and stuck up. I wouldn't be surprised if she was racist too. I saw/heard how she treats her staff. She grunts at them and waves them off like they are a nuisance. No wonder the staff are grumpy. They are treated terribly at their place of employment and by management. And what's disappointing is she did this in front of patients which means she doesn't care who can see this behaviour.

This is a health care facility, I would expect staff to have compassion and empathy for the patients that come here. But from what I saw that day, you need to overhaul this whole place and train upper management. In fact you should do an internal investigation and see how many unhappy staff members they have.

Quite frankly, I'm so disgusted with what I saw I am contemplating if I should report them to the Better Business Bureau.

RUDE! Unacceptable! Ridiculous attitude problems! Terrible front desk receptionist people! These people need training on how to speak properly to clients. DO NOT GO HERE! It’s a nasty environment with very bad energy. What an embarrassment for that company! Train your staff!

Receptionist unfriendly and rude. The funniest thing is that they have a note hanging at the reception asking people to treat their employees nicely but forgot to ask their employees to do the same. START BY YOURSELVES!

I did my mamo and one ultrasound here today. Was visited by two young ladies in two different sections. Both experienced, knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. Unfortunately don’t remember the names. Bless you all

The worst place you can deal with, terrible attitude,
The stuff wondering that I have appointment after this Instead of say sorry the other receptionist told me the Technition went home after 5 minutes because it’s not parking space available.

I had a very unpleasant experience on the phone with the receptionist who was very aggressive and did not listen to what I was trying to say. Then I tried to call twice to cancel and waited 20-25 minutes on the phone each time. Not a good experience at all.

The RUDEST Stuff you can possibly find out there, especially the receptionist. We were there waiting for the receptionist to get off the phone so she could help us 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment time but the receptionist's conversation over the phone kept going on and on. Finally it was about 10 minutes past our appointment time and she told us we were late and said we will be charged for not showing up on time. I am definitely not coming back here and I would give negative stars if I could!
