Update: Received a full refund, am satisfied with this resolution.

Ordered a lock on June 8,2023 and received the lock 3-5 days after the estimated delivery date on June 23,2023. Upon opening the package I noticed they shipped the wrong lock and message them back on June 23,2023. They don't respond so I send another email on June 27,2023 which they respond and offer to send me the correct length shackle and a shackle change tool so I agree to it. I don't hear back after a month so I send another message on July 22,2023 and they said the lock and tool was shipped and would get a tracking number to me on July 26,2023. I don't hear anything from them for 2 weeks so I ask for an update on August 4,2023; no response. August 8,2023 I called and they said they would call me back but I never get a call back. I received the shackle and tool later that day on August 8,2023 and realized the tool is incompatible for the lock they sent me. I was also curious when they sent the shackle and tool because it took so long, so I checked the tracking number after receiving the package on August 8,2023 and it showed that Canada Post received the package from them August 4,2023! They had completely forgotten about this for a whole month then never bothered giving me an update or apologizing for it. I consider myself to be patient and understanding of mistakes, giving sellers several days to respond to an email and what-not but this was far too disrespectful. Incredibly frustrating experience purchasing from this store and dealing with their customer service, would look elsewhere if purchasing a lock online.

Called in, spoke to a lady and explained my situation, was told they would call me back in an hour.never happened - followed up and was then was told I would receive a call the next day in the morning.never happened.and now the weekend is here and they are closed. Not sure why it feels like I have to beg to give these guys business.

Person working had no knowledge of fobs or pricing. Unable to make a key for my car as he said he didn’t know how. He was just covering for someone. Then what’s the point of being there if you can’t make the key required

I visited 4 separate times to try buy a high security lock. Originally they said it was out of stock and they would order it in and call me. I wouldn’t hear anything for over a week so I would stop in to see what was taking so long. Each time they had no idea what I was talking about; they said they would order one and retook my name and number, saying they would call. Still haven’t heard back from them. Very unprofessional and disorganized, took my business elsewhere.

The best lock/key shop ever! I have made copies of keys from various places before, those self serve machines at Walmart, Canadian tire, etc.but none of them made keys as smooth as this place! It just works so amazingly well, no more wiggle your way in the lock! Definitely will come back again.

Extremely professional company, I’ve had 2 smart locks installed on 2 separate occasions. I’ve installed locks myself before, but the ones they installed are literally perfect. They lock and unlock with amazing ease. Installer was polite, efficient, tidy and answered all questions posed to him. I am more then impressed with the quality of work completed and would highly recommend Gamble to anyone looking for a locksmith. I will 100% be having them back once I have replaced the last door on my house. Thank you guys!
