All parts are new, authentic and come with many years of warranty. The GamerTech experience is simply comfortable and educational. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and personable. They answered all the questions I had regarding my PC build before I even made the purchase and had it built for me in record time, they took time to explain a few other things when I picked it up and even insisted on helping me bring it out to my car. Plus they assure you that you can contact they any time with any questions. 100% would recommend them for anyone considering a pre-built or custom pc.

I literally have problems with my computer lags and stutters
I explained this to Gamertech and they never helped me out a month after purchase
Turns out the brand new gpu was broken

Worst experience I’ve ever encountered.
Company sends me a custom build pc, nothing to crazy and it works fine for about 10 days then starts shutting down and getting errors, I try to troubleshoot it myself by going into the BIOS and trying different settings as the videos explained to do but ended up having to call these guys, only to be told the problems were my fault because of an overclocking issue somehow, when AI overclock is a feature of the ASUS E z790 motherboard and I wasn’t even in there until the pc started having issues to begin with, and now they say to bad nothing is Under warranty anymore. They also asked for my personal email information and passwords when I sent it back to them or else they wouldn’t fix it. So what you’re trying to tell me is I spent 6000$ on a flashy brick that has no warranty because you can’t fix it and I apparently “overclocked” the entire system when in reality I didn’t. Very strange and very scummy if you ask me. Do NOT recommend conducting any sort of business or associating in any way with this sketchy company as I am now out 6000$ and a PC with little being done about it.

I bought a pre-built and I have had no problems with it. Clean cable management. They answered all my questions. Great option if you want your pc built without issues.

Spoke with Aaron about the best parts for a custom build.took the time to answer questions and help me through the whole process. I dropped off the parts build was ready the next day! Thanks to the team for the great service, definitely will be back!

After months of frustration trying to contend with the minimum spec requirements of modern AAA games we reached out to GamerTech to help us with a custom build. The team was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. They finished the build in less than a week and helped advise us to parts that would best suite our needs.
We picked up the computer from their office and the staff was super friendly. They allowed us to test the build before we took it home and provided us with all the component boxes to ensure we had manufacturer warranty coverage.
Overall amazing experience and we will be going to them with all of out future PC needs

If you're not building your PC yourself, this is a great place to go to if you're looking to have someone help you put it together.

When I went to pick it up, they offered to let me see it run first and helped ease any concerns that I may have had.

FHAM I wanted my pc asap.one thing I've notice about me is i work harder for others (family, friends, job) then i work on myself.ill wake up 4am for work everyday but press snooze on the side hustle. SO on the day i decided to get the pc, i didn't care what was the cost, i i took a Uber from Scarborough to Vaughan, was late for work, and had to carry the pc back home in a snow storm. But going and meeting Aaron from the Gamertech Team made it worth it. We had a nice convo, gave me tip on running a business, even said hed give me shout out if i made my first youtube video. Long story short they cool people!

Pros: they do their service nicely
cons: a lot.first of all, some of the gaming pcs they have for sale have abysmal cpu and gpu combinations.like pairing a 7600x with a 3060 ti? It was better to pair the 7600x with the 6900 xt (no joke intended). Also their mark up on prices is pretty high. I would say their refurbished pcs aren't a bad deal though.

Can't say much about the sales of their systems, but don't come here to trade in your current system, they will lowball you like crazy. I tried getting a appraisal for a computer that I built last year for around $2500 and they offered me $350 cash which is nothing.

Edit: $2500 was an anchor point, I wasn't expecting to get that much for it, but didn't expect to get $350 cash, that less than what the GPU costs, the GPU is still valued more at what the trade in store credit was too. All I am saying is your better off selling your computer somewhere else for people who are looking to trade in their devices.

Needed some advice on a gaming PC build and these guys gladly obliged and helped me out. I know nothing a out computers but they treated me well and explained everything. Highly recommend this store.

Couldn’t have asked for better. Cleaned my PC and helped me with a little graphics card issue. The guys there are friendly and informing, would go back again.

Everything about them is just amazing, got my pc last week it’s proper and clean and build very nice, and the support is amazing, I had an issue with my motherboard and they did everything to help me, it took a few days cause they shipped me a piece to fix my issue and walked me threw everything step by step, they don’t leave you hanging if your pc has an issue and overall they’re good people I find. 100% recommend
