Great store for everything gaming related. The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of a 5 is they need more physical game selections

Visited the location inside the mall today and was treated extremely poorly by an employee named ANDY. When I first walked in he seemed very happy but was immediately fed up after I asked about my preorder. I then remembered I had another product ordered to this store to which Andy tried to tell me it had been cancelled, then the manager informed me she did see it, thank god for this manager. After I had fully paid ANDY began to throw a temper tantrum when I told him I’m not giving him my drivers license in his hand but I would show it to him instead, he threatened to not give me my paid for preorder, thankfully the wonderful manager there intervened and informed ANDY that my drivers license was not required however ANDY said “I want to have the drivers license specifically for this customer” seems targeted, but whatever that means. I tried to finish this interaction by saying thank you, have a nice day. To which he blankly stared at me and almost threw my very expensive game consoles on the ground, I would not recommend anybody come to this location as I have been coming in since I was 9 years old and this is how I am treated. 0 stars for Andy, 5 for the rest of the store and staff.

Best GameStop I've been to! The staff was kind and welcoming. Everything was easy to find and clean. They helped me out with everything I was looking for. This really feels like a safe place!

I’ve never had a problem when coming to this GameStop. The staff are all lovely and helpful.

We were there yesterday, the staffs were super friendly, very patiently answered all questions my 8years old son asked.

Never have issues at this GameStop! All the employees are always so helpful, attentive, and polite!

I bought my son a game but when i gave it to him it wasnt the right one, i brought it back the next day and the staff there had no problem exchanging ir for the proper game

I went in to pre order some items and I was greeted by Royce one of the best interactions I have had, being extremely open and honest with very helpful and open ideas. Was able to give me more than what I aimed to get when I got to the store and I left happier then we I walked in.

Staff were friendly and very helpful called and they put an item aside for me dont know many stores that would do that

I will say that it's one of the best, if not the best GameStop I go to. I order all my preorders from here, and it's never been an issue. I order, a ridiculous amount of Funkos, and they always call me as soon as they get there. The team is always great, to the people who say that they are rude for telling the kids not to run around. They are doing their job because if your kid gets hurt, you'll blame them. Keep up the great work, everyone, and Head Office for GameStop. Maybe be nice and buy them lunch and dinner once in a while, get the District Manager to reward the employees. They do deserve it.

Wouldn’t allow me to exchange a game I purchased for my niece and nephew which DOESNT EVEN WORK. So much for their Christmas gift - first time shopping there and most certainly the last. Brutal.

So me and my husband went there to check some games and some sailor moon items so i found what i want then we are about to pay the 2 salesperson was doing inventory my husband put our stuff in the counter he even greet them hello this 2 salesperson pretend that they didn’t hear anything even the gentleman just stood and loot at on us this lady lift up her head and look at on us then proceed to her inventory so i was like hi there with louder voice my husband said we’re about to cashout this lady said can you bring to the other counter but meanwhile my husband already put the stuff down where the cashier is she didn’t even realized that we’re already there waiting after paying i even said Have a good day we still get ignored they are just doing their inventory they both unfriendly not even smiling extremely rude i’ve gone to so many locations and this is the worst that i’ve gone we really can’t believe it the one that close to my house all i can say is they really deserve to get credit good customer service the ajax location is the best so far i wish this 2 persons be like them. I dont know if were coming back if it wasn’t for my sailor moon we will be leaving and my husband almost said something to them but he just shut his mouth and didn’t say anything pls teach them we’re really disappointed i’ve gone to this location in oshawa centre mall multiple times and the guy is really unfriendly not sure if we are coming back again……

Every person that works at this place is A1! Greeted with smile from the time you walk in, to the time you walk out. Brandon and Thurshan always take care of me. The manager Katherine is very personable and has a way of making you feel like a friend rather than a customer. Highly recommend this Gamestop above all

Nothing but toys and merchandise. Very disappointed in video game options or accessories. Will not be coming back. Do your shopping online. And do not get cups as the decals will run off after 4-5 washes.

Garbage customer service the manager never listens, and needs to be replaced. I tried speaking to her nicely but she does not respect customers when they’re speaking and giving reasonable reasons. I’m ashamed of this customer service and needs to be fixed ASAP, knowing that oshawa centre is a highly populated mall, this lady should not have any customers asking her for anything. Complete useless.
However the employees that work at oshawa centre GameStop are kind and understanding

The staff here are always amazing, they call us by name, remember our phone number for the rewards, they always go out of their way for us and especially the manager Katherine. They always make our visit so enjoyable

Love shopping at this GameStop location. The staff are amazing, and go above and beyond to assist myself and others with their shopping needs. I’ve never had a negative experience while shopping at this location. Keep up the amazing work. Your team should all be proud of themselves. You guys rock!

Wanted to point out the exceptional customer service experience we received tonight. After standing in line for quite some time (a family paying for items individually ahead of us) to ask if Sonic frontiers was available- a second employee came to the counter (after noticeably helping out another family) and quickly acknowledged my son and I. After locating the game for us to purchase, he engaged my son in conversation about the game, making jokes and relating really well through conversation. To end it off, the employee asked us to wait before leaving so that he could give my son some extra Mario items (a small lanyard/cards/ and stickers). Will always choose this Game Stop location for further purchases. Please recognize this exceptional employee!

Words cannot describe how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is here! They helped me transfer my game data from one console to another and helped with placing a screen protector. They even hooked up me with some nice amiibo cards! They went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend these guys!
