Always a great spot to find unique collectable treasures. Update.the manager is very good at her job & knowledge, I like her. I was listening to her talking with other employees and a big boss of some sort and she took charge and you can tell she cares about the community just by how she was planning an upcoming event.don't know ur name but ur awesome!

Site says they have 5 of an item in stock. Came in after opening to purchase the item and they say they have no stock. Wasted over an hour busing out for nothing. Staff also make non-stop unprofessional comments.

The staffing has improved
This used to be one of my favourite locations. I and my family would spend somewhere around 400-800 a year at this location alone. Of late the selection has been so so. But really it's the staffing choices that we now stay clear of this location. On more than one occasion we've been made to feel unwelcome and a burden to want to browse 20 minutes to close. Or even just wanting to browse.we really don't understand how an eb can feel snobby, let alone downright unwelcoming. We've moved all of our business to other locations that want our business. "Good day to you sir! " " I said good day! "

Not too far off from my apartment, be it on foot or driving, so very convenient to pick up my new pre-orders.
The staff is very friendly when it comes to general information, or picking up my pre-orders. They also accept pre-orders over the phone, and the staff is very understanding. I strongly recommend buying games from here.

Went in to buy this beauty. The staff were very friendly helpful. We talked for a few minutes afterwards about the system and games. Store is packed with goodies. Not just for gamers anymore. They sell sports cards, figures, Funko. Wide variety of items. Very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend this location if you're in the market for a system or collectables.
