I really like it Because they have things for such good prices if you go to the Nintendo switch estore and try and get Minecraft it's $71 in GameStop it's $29.99

After I entered, I noticed that the staff was too busy and far from the counter and was not working. They were busy socializing with each other instead of helping customers, and I leaned towards the counter to see a Funko pop. Thats when a young black woman rudly yelled at me who works there said that I'm not supposed to be behind the counter under any cercumstances and began to rudly lecture me I'm an adult and I've worked in retail and I know that there's a lot of better ways to handle the situation. I feel like there should have been better traing done for the workers to know how to properly handle these situations.

My friend and I went in this afternoon and experienced very rude mannerisms from the younger black woman working behind the counter. She was busy socializing with her coworker and my friend was trying to lean in and see a Funko on the counter behind the cash and she lashed out at him basically yelling " by no means or circumstances can you be near the cash". Very rude and not helpful. And she continued with her attitude after this incident, and continued socializing and not helping ANY customers. We are adults, we don't need to be told off, that's not how you talk/treat people ESPECIALLY in a retail environment. Will be reaching out to the district manager. As a former employee of Gamestop I am DISGUSTED with how she handled this situation and the lack of proper customer service and social abilities.

Visited this store today since I was in the mall, looking for a (somewhat obscure) used switch game and to my surprise they had one (out of box) in stock! The store rep Stephen was a pleasure to deal with. A+ service from him

My kid's favorite store, we have been in the ajax, whitby, oshawa, and pickering Store, and the staff in all of them is incredibly nice they really enjoy their job and it shows in the way they treat their customers, they know their products and give good recommendations, excellent service, we love going there.

Like gamestop and want to support the store, but they never have the games in stock that are on sale in the flyer.
