I came into the store genuinely looking for game or an action figure then one of the workers which was a asian man with glass and blond ponytail kicked me out for no reason other than “association”

This location is one of the best - the representative Bianca (I may have misheard her name) was amazing. She was patient with me, and logged in well over 20 pre-orders without hesitation. I actually went in to only buy 1 product, but after suggesting I look into the pre-orders, I realized there were a lot more items I wanted to order. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and even offered to keep my information on the side on the off chance they received items I may be interested in. Great experiences here overall, just wish it was a bit bigger to accommodate for more items. I'd also like to add that Alex, Duncan, and Tyler from this location have always been extremely helpful, and have gone above and beyond to let me know of new releases and other items that may be of interest to me. All 3 have even gone as far as making make-shift handles for my bigger orders with bags, and I never even asked!

We actually visited it twice while we're in the mall. The first time we went the associate we spoke with was very knowledgeable on the VR2, but when we went back to go and purchase it, that associate didn't really know a whole lot about it. So we were happy that the first guy told us everything we needed to know. But overall very organized, tidy and friendly environment.
