The employee was very helpful and kind. She changed her language to french when she noticed we were francophone. How curteous of her. Rarely does this happen. Great service overall.

Friendly staff; they're always willing to help in any way they can. Great selection of collectibles in addition to video games.

Great place to return games and buy used games. Just wish they provide more$ for used games.

Staff is always courteous and friendly. I always want to come back for all the cool stuff since I know the staff will be fun to interact with.

Lots of toys, clothes, accessories, not just games. I definitely wouldn't have thought to check here. Prices are on the high side. Service was good.

Staff was excellent however the shelves were very disorganized but Staff more than made up for it.

Understanding staff, friendly and helpful. If all in-store experiences were like this one, I'd visit stores more often.
