After a terrible experience at Chev in Kingston, I gave Gan a try. However, after spending $500+, my wife left without even being handed documentation regarding the “work” that they did. Given my lack of trust with Chevy dealerships in Ontario, I am left questioning if the work even got done as I’m used to getting a vehicle health report from Chevy dealerships upon competition of service. Maybe it’s time to sell the Chevy and buy a Tundra as I have nothing but great experiences at Kingston Toyota.

Edited to add: after driving my truck for approx 50km after the service, I was greeted by a warning light that was allegedly resolved while my truck was in for service. Again leaving me to believe this dealership is also falsifying the work completed just to make a quick buck.

After contacting the service manager, I received my documentation; however, I was informed a CV boot needed to be repaired despite being repaired just over a year ago at another Chev. The solution… pay more money to have it fixed again. All in all… after being a Chevy customer for 15 years, I’m thinking it’s time to avoid the brand at least until I move away from Ontario.

Honestly quite disappointed in this dealership. I love my car but once you’re through the purchase they don’t seem to care. Communication with my salesperson Jacob has been solely on me reaching out. A piece is missing. I changed my mind and asked for a price on mats but no response after Tuesday. I reached out again this morning to follow up, still no response. If I didn’t love the car so much I’d be more inclined to leave only one star.

This was my 5th purchase with Gan Chev. It was another awesome experience from start to finish with Doug and the Gan Chev team. This is why I keep coming back and will continue to do so!

I recently purchased a new truck from Gan Chev and it was a great experience as always. The sales consultant Larry Maillet (Shorty) was excellent, he listened to me and didn’t try and sell me a truck that I didn’t want, he had one brought one in from another dealer for me. He explained the extended warranties to me and which one he recommended and why. He took the time explain the vehicle to me and helped me set it up to meet my expectations. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Shorty and recommend that you give him a try the next time you are looking for a new vehicle.

We Recently brought our 2019 GMC Yukon XL there for an oil change, 150 point inspection and a parking sensor was gone. They were very friendly and checked everything with a fine tooth comb. When the vehicle was returned, they performed a courtesy wash and VACUUMED the WHOLE truck. I really was surprised as we were leaving on a vacation and it definitely required a cleaning. Thank you so much Gan Chev! You treat me like family and I will always be a Gan Chev customer.

I got good deal on the Bolt I bought and they were pretty good on my warranty issue (small breaker replacement). By the way, I saw another Bolt in the lot if you want to test drive an EV, they accelerate a lot faster then you imagine.

I had the privilege of purchasing a new 2021 GMC Sierra from GAN Chev. I've heard countless stories on their sales and service team, how they treat everyone like family.
Obviously I was a little skeptical, but I cannot tell you how much Doug Lloyd went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted.
He did everything he could to make me a happy customer and In return he definitely earned a lifetime customer.

Knowing Mark for a very long time I knew I had to go see him, I have had many Chevy vehicles in my past, and decided to try something new, I purchased a Nissan Altima and had nightmares with it…. No help from Nissan, mark showed me and my fiancée a few vehicles, we choose a 2017 Chevy Malibu and it didn’t disappoint! Many features I wasn’t expecting like Wifi wow…

Just bought a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado True North Edition from Gananoque Chev. My experience with the staff of this business was of the utmost satisfaction. My salesman, Doug LLoyd, is very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful man. He explained the details of purchasing this truck, the history and the changing of the running boards that I requested cause I am a larger man. Also very helpful in explaining the workings and electronics of this truck. Gan Chev was suggested to me by a friend of mine and I got the great service that was told to me by my friend. I was directed to Mark, the singing salesman, when I called to setup appointment for test drive. My interaction with him was top notch. He was polite, knowledgeable and very patient with my questions and concerns.
