Bought a washing machine for my mom, got a notification it was ready for pick up, arranged a truck and 2 people to pick up, drove nearly 4 HOURS because they were the closest store that had it in stock and when they got there they said "sorry, we don't have it". It was tagged for pick up and they sold it to someone else because they don't care. When I called customer service, I asked them to ship it, and they still charged me for shipping with a measly $50 discount. So at the end, drove nearly 4 hours, have to wait another week for the washer and STILL had to pay more. I'm a contractor and used to spend a lot of money at Lowe's, I say "used to" because I will NEVER buy anything at Lowe's ever again, Home depot service is Soo much better, no wonder why no one goes to Lowe's.

A pleasant experience. For the most part friendly staff. But, many staff members talk to each other not being vigilant toward customers. Either reduce staff or the supervisor needs to step up his/her job responsibilities.

Great service from Al in the garden center. Loading 100 bags of mulch is hard work and he was such a gentleman.

Large garden center in the middle of a relatively well maintained strip mall with a variety of other supporting businesses in the area makes this lowes a good one stop shop

I went to Lowes on Thursday August 5 to get fall flowers for my garden. It'd be helpful if the price tags were clear and visible.
Debbie had a terrible customer service skill, I wonder if she had a bad day or she needed a "how to" course! I respected her as an elderly, but with her attitude and being helpless in the garden center, she could turn someone's happy day to misery. I didn't appreciate that Debbie.

Very well maintained and you can find all sort of soils which usually are not available on other stores. All different sort of plants are there to choose from. Very much satisfied on our visit

Oh, if I could give no stars I would. I ordered a clematis (ONE!) back on May 24. The charge appeared in the pending section of my credit card. I had asked to pick up. A week later, I had not hear anything. I went online to track and there was no order visible, so I emailed. No response a week later. I emailed again, two days later no response. Tried to call, continually busy. Went on chat, a 79 minute wait! I checked my card, and I noticed the pending charge has disappeared. Absolutely appalling service. Covid is NOT an excuse anymore, we are months into this, and others are managing so much better. I truly hope the order has been cancelled, I will NEVER deal with these people again.

I ordered two simple and tiny things and paid ahead of time and now it's been three days and no contact no product. I dont believe with this service Lowes will survive Covid. Do not buy anything on line here.

I vir here for my lawn and garden needs. They rotate sale on a variety of soil and plants. Staff are generally very helpful. If you look confused they offer to help you.
