Great first time visit. The secretary is super friendly, patient and actually does what she promises to do. I've had run ins with vet admins before, and she has the been pleasant to work with.
Vet was also nice and caring. Although it was a quick visit, I could tell he cared because he spoke to my dog in soft tones.

Our dog was throwing up and could barely move so we rushed him to this vet. The doctor did an X-ray and told us he had a foreign body inside him and he would likely die. He said we have to take him to a vet hospital immediately. After leaving and paying $1000 for nothing, we went to a vet hospital where they told us that the vet was supposed to provide a referral, and without a referral they would not take out dog in for 10 hours. We were scared because the vet at this clinic told us that he would die if not treated soon. When we finally found a hospital an hour drive away that would take our dog, not only did they have to take a new X-ray because the one already done by this place was unreadable, but they also said that there was no foreign body in our dog and that our dog had Gastroenteritis and he was going to be fine. This clinic caused us extreme stress and trouble. After telling us our dog might die, he shoved an invoice of $1000 in our face without sympathy. Wish I could give them -5 stars.

Got my cats spay done and it went perfect! Doctor is very smart and staff are kind and attentive.

I take my kitten here and as a first time pet owner the team here is very patient and informative. Not to mention the kindest receptionists! They always follow up via phone call after every vaccine appointment to make sure everything is okay and I am very appreciative of that.

Respectful and kind team. Always give reminders and make sure you don't forget. Your pet is treated gently and with good care. Excellent quality of care. Highly Recommend!
