I love the care Dr Mina took with my little guy and how he spoke to me with such compassion. I will be seeking out this Dr from now on with all my pets. The exam was a lot more thorough then before. His bed side manner and just over all humanity in a scary health situation is priceless. Thank you for being kind!

They got our cat in very fast and the vet and vet tech were very caring and understanding as my cat is not a go out and hang kinda cat lol she was very stressed and they made sure not to stress her any further

For our first visit, they took us in quick. They followed up 2 days later, it was appreciated, they showed concern and compassion, my nerves were shot lol but they were very friendly and in good moods, they made me feel comfortable!

They are disrespectful and mean towards our sweet innocent animals. They don't deserve the honor of working with animals, and you can tell when someone isn't made to do their job or happy with their job/lives, and you can tell. These people yell at cats, shake them in their crates and are not in the right profession. Please do NOT take your animals here unless you want them borderline abused.

This is by far the worst vet clinic i have been in my entire life. We brought out two year old tabby cat for feeling unwell the Vet disnt even touch the cat as the cat seemed upset he gave us tranquilizers to bring back the cat and experimental medication which totalled almost 300$ well long story short the only thing the cat needed was deworming. I took the cat back as i was told once the cat gets better since i was charged for the exam and the vet didnt even touch the cat i wouldnt have to pay for another exam well when i went in next time they said oh well the first one was an exam performed or not. Those vets cannot examine a cat let alone bringing in a bigger size dog do not waste your time ot money on that place find a decent vet who cares to provide care to your pet without looking to make most profit. Theres is plenty of good ones out there. The only reason i went there is because of convienience but not wonder why they have so many open apps when everyone else is overbooked. I made sure i informed family and friends who are clients and they are not going back either and generally they werent pleased as well! Im not going to even comment about the meds i was given as i will be writing here until tomorrow

As per your comment saying the cat is aggressive we have never heard of that before not from the previous vet nor from the one went after your clinic in the contrary they were laughing when they heard that.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone that cannot find a reliable clinic to look after pet. Our dog has ear infection and they put a medication in our dog’s ear. When I called in to ask if I should clean our dog’s ear if it gets dirty, the front desk told us to clean it and it won’t have any problem. However, it was then said by the vet that we absolutely should not clean it. Then the clinic starts denial that they have said something about wanting us to clean the ear. At the same time, they are offering us 10% discount to reapply the medication which means they knew they said such a thing as we can clean the ear but just doesn’t want to take the responsibility. We have went to this clinic 4 times trying to fix the ear infection problem but none of the medication worked and we have already spent over $600 on it. Everytime they just said it’s not this problem but another and wanting to do another exam after an exam that was only done a week ago. They just want you to do as many exams as possible but not really focusing on if the medication would work for your pet. Everything about this clinic is highly unprofessional and is absolutely garbage when looking into any problem of your pet. DO NOT go to this clinic, they will just take your money and will not do anything for your pet.

Thank you to all of the staff that helped me through the difficult decision to put my car to sleep. Everyone was very compassionate and made the process as comfortable as possible for both of us. I greatly appreciate the care you took - it meant so much.

Upon having a negative experience at a previous vet, My boyfriend and I brought our cat to G. R. A. H and have enjoyed our experience with their services. Not only are the prices for examinations and store products good but the staff members are fantastic. Dr. Farooq and the other staff members have gone above and beyond with the care for their clients. Highly recommend bringing your fur babies to this clinic or their sister clinic East Side Veterinary services for the best animal care services in the city and region of Kingston.

Super friendly staff and very considerate of family pets. I was extremely impressed with the service Charlie received and it was free of charge (tick removal).
