My friends and I shouldn’t have been there to begin with. My friend got her eyebrow waxing done and they burnt the skin on the eyelids with hot wax which left a mark that looks stubborn and doesn’t seem to go away despite getting a treatment done from a cosmetologist. The staff were not welcoming at all. Clearly didn’t understand the needs. The nails I got done were far away from perfection. Regret wasting so much on a stupid place like this. We are so frustrated right now, nails can be done again but what about the scar on my friend’s eye lids? We asked for compensation and they just didn’t seem to care at all. They keep hanging up on us when we call and once told that she can’t be compensated and that they were sorry when she showed them the picture of before and after waxing. RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. There’re other better places in Kingston. Don’t make a hole in your pocket.

Lots of stores. Lots of restaurants. It's clean. A nice place to walk around and do some shopping.

Dropped my son and daughter in-law off to do their shopping while I went elsewhere and just had to pick them up when I was done. Worked out great, we were done close to the same time

Visited Mr. Jacket in this strip mall. Very friendly staff and a great variety of teams and sports.

Just more stores with reasonable prices - love to see a store like Payless stores - clothes for over size women (every day clothes).

A nice little shopping center with several stores to shop in. Parking lots is kept clean and it's usually not to busy.

Pharma save is my go-to and Tim Hortons.best customer service and always kind smiles and positive energy

Great shopping fee WI-FI and after you can stop at the cafeteria and have a great meal or Tim Hortons

Not bad, has a Tim Hortons, pita pit and a metro, nice place to eat lunch in your car in the back.

Visit Fabricland. There was a Black Friday Sale on and pricing was excellent on many items. Staff was very friendly.

Metro in this mall is one of the nicest grocery store in Kingston. I often drive 30klm past a dozen other grocery stores to get to it.

I love this place, the Petvalu here is my go to place.
Best Metro in town I think, it's clean, has a great selection. Their helpful and friendly.
Medigas is also here for all your CPAP accessories and supplies along with walkers, canes and much more.

It's a great place to shop it has many different stores to look around in. If you are hungry there is a Pita Pit that has great food and a Tim Horton's that has good coffee and doughnuts. There is a Pet Valu that has all you want in a pet store. There are more stores and a Metro grocery store on site that has a great selection of groceries at decent prices.

Cash service going down. I stand in the line up, then they suddenly close the line up that I'm in, then I have to go to a different line up, then they re-open that cash that I was in before. I people were in the line up behind me are already gone, and I'm still in my second line up at cash. Can we not recognize anything. And that is how the world is to be now: (They will happen everywhere, sadly disappointed.

Dont shop here much. It's not a bad little plaza. From sporting goods, tim hortons and a major grocery store
