Wasn’t the type of lawyer that I needed for my situation but he was more than willing to help me figure out the right Lawyer when I had him on the phone he directed me to the right place and I can’t tell you how much that is appreciated when facing a problem, and feeling flustered and not knowing who to call, you can tell that Gary definitely cares about the people!

I hired Mr Gary Baltasar after having problems with my original lawyer, Gary was very easy to communicate with and always made me feel at ease about my assault charge, and every time I had a question he answered very rapidly, my case was prolonged by my original lawyer for 6 months soon I hired Gary my case was finished within 2 months with all charges dropped, if anyone needs a good criminal lawyer a highly recommend Gary and price wise was very fair, thank you Gary for the work and quick handling of my case.

Gary was so patient with me while I dealt with a situation with my minor child. He was informative any time I needed him to answer questions, and always responded quickly when I reached out. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a competent, caring lawyer.

Earlier this month I referred a family member to Gary Batasar and I must say not only did he give great advice he also didn't charge a penny! You can't beat that! Most lawyers wanna get paid before they even look at your case and sometimes they already know there's not much they can do but still want to charge not Gary! Best of the Best when it comes to plea deals or trials he will give his all the $$$cost$$$ is a little hi but with a reputation #1 it would b a bad idea to go with some other firm that claim they will do the same and take legal aid is a liebrarian not a lawyer.

I can honestly say if your looking for the best lawyer look no further. Gary is definitely Top lawyer in peel. Very first time we met Gary was back in the 90’s and has helped my family for many years with our legal matters. Have never been disappointed with the outcome Not only is he a fantastic lawyer and really cares and looks out for your best interest I like to call him my friend after all those years I feel that way! He is so down to earth and always keeping it real. He has been there for us without a doubt and can always depend on him. His staff is exceptional as well. Very caring and take the time to explain and understand. Even though there were times I was frustrated with our situation and courts delay at times they took the time to reassure me everything will work out. Sure enough it always was. If your looking for the best lawyer you just found him. 25 years we have had him on our side and I wouldn’t call anyone else to take care of our matters. Your response says it all. This is not a 100$ spend you are talking about.more like a 7500$ to 10000$ fee you are charging so people do have the right to shop around.unless you feel you are the only lawyer in town.what a waste of time and energy on this phone call.

Mr Gary batasar is the best lawyer in Brampton, wooow thank youuuuuu mr Gary batasar thank you. I have a really long history of violence and I breached my bail 4 times in the past.
I am now charged with attempted murder using a firearm some how mr Gary batasar worked his magic Nd got me bail with out an ankle monitor even tho I breached my bail 4 times in the past.

My family and I would sincerely like to thank Gary for his efforts and professionalism while handling my boyfriends criminal case. This case dragged on for 23.5 months believe it or not, while in the hands of another lawyer! Fortunately for us, someone recommended Gary. Gary had this case for roughly a month and it was rectified and the chargers were withdrawn! The only option our other lawyer gave was probation with a criminal record or trial. This guy is terrible. I was facing DUI charges and was scared. I had been on disability so was worried about money. I met with Batasar in his Brampton office and had let him know I was basically shopping around due to my working situation. He started to explain the paperwork process and then asked me how the DUI happened. I had explained I had gotten into an argument with my boyfriend to which he responded "and where's the boyfriend now"? In this condescending tone. I told him I needed some time Ito think (he was the first lawyer I ever met with). I sat in his lobby, reading his initial paperwork while I was waiting for my friend to pick me up. He came to check on me in the lobby, and he made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I told him I was just calling my friend for her advice and to arrange her picking me up and he said "as long as you are not calling other lawyers in my office". I decided I needed more time before signing any paperwork and also I just had an unsettling feeling about the way he was treating me. I told him I needed more time to look around and decide (mind you this was 2 days after the DUI) so I was still pretty upset and frazzled. I left his lobby and he followed me out and proceeded to accuse me of stealing the paperwork I was to full fill out, told me he expected to sign with him and scolded me for being so indecisive at my AGE. He told me I wasted his time and he didn't want to represent me. THE FIRST LAWYER I SAW AFTER MY DUI, WORST EXPERIENCE. I ended up going with Michelle Johal, such a professional woman, didn't ask me my personal life story behind the situation, it was strictly business with her! Just had to share because this guy literally made me cry after my meeting with him.

I was convicted with 3 fake charges. I was very depressed with these charges at that point of time, my friend recommended to talk to Garry. He was the most polite person to talk to and treated me as a part of his family.
With all his great experience and dedication, I was free from all my charges within 6 months of time. I would suggest that he is best in the field and would definitely recommend him for all your cases. The reason why I respect him the most is because, he is the man of his words and does not make any fake promises and he hears all of your case silently, and delivered it in the most effective way.
