The staff were incredibly friendly, and the clinic provided a comfortable atmosphere, which made the experience much less stressful. I've always had an extreme anxiety issue when it comes to going to the dentist and I must say, the knowledge and understanding that Shannon had really helped me out. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand and brought me great comfort while being in the environment that I would normally not be capable of relaxing in. I am a relatively new patient here at Gateshead Dental. I have been to my share of dentists over the years and this office has the warmest and friendliest staff of any office I have been too - by far. MaryAnn, Shannon, Ariba, Sam and Shari all make you feel so welcome. They are like a big family. They are all very knowledgable and efficient too, which is an added bonus. I now actually enjoy my dental visits. And Dr Rocci is excellent. My mouth guard has literally stopped my TMJ dead in its tracks. Highly recommend.
