Tables games are Probably the only decent thing here (although they're pricey). Slots don't pay and nothing is small for people playing with little.

I had 2 bucks left and went to get a ticket for $2 (every other casino I've been too will HAPPILY do that) and basically got yelled at bc apparently it has to be $5 minimum.had no idea but the dude wasn't happy with me even tho I had no clue.

Go to Cascades in Chatham. Cheaper tables, better slots and wayyy better service

As it goes in any casino, you win, you lose, however there are a few machines that keep my interest up. Always fun. It is about to be expanded so some construction is underway.

Went there for the food. Been there a few times to eat now.
Staff are nice. Menu changes up so a bit of variety. Prices are par.

It's an average casino. The restaurant was closed for breakfast but opened at 11 am. Small 'high roller' room, table games started opening around noon, but video table games available 24/7. I'm not sure about the rewards card. I haven't gotten any offers in the mail yet.

7/12/23 Update. Still 100% in collection mode. Taking every cent and giving back nothing. 7/11/23 Casino has gone into collection mode. Wins are not happening for anyone. Bonuses payouts are extremely low.

I’ve only gone a handful of times, however every single time I’ve gone I have never had any problem with the staff, or service.

I made a nice evening date night trip out of the evening by stopping in at the restaurant and having some fish and chips and I was not disappointed in the least!

The fish was well cooked but not overly, the fries were nice and crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside and all in all I absolutely enjoyed my meal.

While I was playing on the machines (I haven’t played any tables) I felt comfortable and like I wasn’t being pressured, but also not like if I had a concern or question that I couldn’t just look around and find someone to help me within a very short time.

I was pleasantly surprised when I won some extra money, as I don’t gamble often, and I ended up leaving with more than I went in with, and Thats after having paid for dinner for two people and spending $100 on the machines.

I had a lot of fun here and highly recommend going if you get a chance!

Me and my husband ended up going home since we were disappointed on how they organize their waiting list. When i came in, i said we were just driving around and i just want to know if we can go in, and they said they'll put us into their waiting list, so i asked how long is the list and the receptionist replied, there are 4 people ahead of you, we will text you so we waited for the text. When i didn't get any text after an hour and a half, i came back in to ask how many more people ahead of me and the same receptionist said you're 12th in line. I was upset and disappointed. How come I was pushed down after hour and a half? The receptionist can't even figure out. And the receptionist said its computer error. You guys should do it according to what time the guest come in and not blame the computer. Admit its a human error and not a computer error. Really disappointing. Wasted time waiting for nothing! And the worst thing is we're not local, we drove 2 and half hours to explore other county/city and this is what we experienced! We'll never go back there again!

When OLG ran the casinos it was pretty fun. You were able to win decent money when you won, and sure you would lose. Now with gateway running it, hello bank. They take your money and even charge almost $5 at the bank machine just to feed their slots! Pathetic and they are well aware, but the bottom line is the bottom line. Take as much as possible, pay out as little as possible, and turn the other way when you see the same people pouring money into the machines and not winning. They say the return is in the 90% range. Been all over Ontario and this casino is the worst for payouts. Sad.

Terrible food services slow staff under staffed payouts on slots are low and increased initial bets of 88 cents make this a terrible place

Really clean and nice little casino, just playing slots because games werent open until noon. Had a good time and pretty good parking

The highroller area was garbage! I put a grand into a lightening link machine and didn't hit the bonus round even once. Needless to say we won't be returning.

The percentage of wins in the slot machines have been tightened up even more than when OLG owned the casino, and it's hard to even to get a bonus or double twenty dollars. So if your expecting to win Good Luck it's not happening. You used to be able to use your players card for discounts on chips cookies etc they took it away. And they recently raised the price of for example a large cookie was $1.90 now it's $3.40 and a bottle of water will cost you $3 chocolate bar is over $3.
They cross train there staff to be able to lower man hours even more than before. The staff are amazing but stressed because of Gateway, they are over worked and alot of the regular full time employees were let go when they came to work. I can only imagine what's it's like working for a place that only thinks of money. There is a saying give a little get alot. Well now Gateway is always giving away free items to win back there regular patrons that don't come in as often but what happens is they come in pick up the freebie and leave, it's hard to win back patrons when we all can see what they are all about.
If there was a negative star rating to pick I would have, the star rating I would give the staff for putting up with such a horrible company and for being such amazing workers is 5 plus. When your at the casino ask others they will all tell you all Gateway cares about is making money it used to be fun to hear the sound of jackpots now good luck you don't hear very many bells and whistles because jackpots are at higher amounts they do this so you spend everything. I used to get a few jackpots per year now none at all. When you get a bonus since the machines are tightened up you can't even double a $20 they should be ashamed of themselves. Also you used to go in and put your card into a machine and then leave and use the money at another time now the amount for Wednesday if you don't use it you lose it. I'm a Gold member and I don't get free stuff anymore so talk about cheap I'm thinking of going to other casinos do that I have a better chance at winning. My wife and I went to Mohawk Casino and each time our money lasted longer and we went home with winnings also they send you an email with a huge amount to come back to there casino to play. If your thinking about working there they have cut hours big time some staff that were getting 5 days of work now get 3 days, good luck making money there and you will be stressed out trying to get everything done on less hours. I will sum this up by say
Wow what a heartless greedy company.

The slot floor has been reorganized, with more slots added. As a result the place feels closed in, despite being a large room. No lounges have been left. If waiting for someone else you need to sit at an unoccupied machine or leave the room.

Like the staff like the atmosphere would have to say I would like the whole earth alot more and maybe visit more often than I do which is not very often at all and I'm going to have to say that I would like to however I don't think that is a great probability to be honest with you and I very well think that I might and would absolutely enjoy goinv more often if I had ever been there and maybe won every once and awhile and not really even won a little bit more than a few bucks up while I'm playing even if o were to loss but never had played a game there and gone up more than few bucks mainly just lost what I was putting in every game lol! So I think that I am likely not to be returning to the slots for awhile again lol! Maybe next year lol

Had an excellent time. The horse racing was fun and the food was incredible. Great atmosphere and the casino downstairs is large.

For London, On it is definitely worth checking out and enjoying a whole evening having fun and eating good food.

Have only been to this casino a couple of times but am extremely dissapointed in the service. I have been sitting (and still am as i write this review) at this machine for 25 minutes after it ate my money. Had two attendants walk by in vision site and waved at them and had both of them look at me and turn their head and walk away. Asked a security guard for help and still am waiting. If i was you I would take my money to another casino because this is obviously their trick to steal money.

Non smoking casino is always a plus in my book, very busy, need more card tables. Slot machines weren't very paying out much.

It’s the worse place to entertain, be careful you may think you will have a good time by going there, but guess what you will leave feeling miserable and hate your life, these slot machines are insane, they make you feel you will win a big jackpot by any second but 90% you won’t, and you will keep spend all your money in your your account hoping or dreaming to win a jackpot, please keep your money for better things for yourself or your family,

I have my wife open the car door and throw $10 in. Easier than going in and losing it the hard way

Too many penny machines. Older style machines are all over $1 and not many to.pick from. Only three old style quarter machines. Wont go back.

Worst casino n Ontario. I’ve been to a lot of casinos and this one seems to pay the very least. Every one I’ve talked to has the same opinion. I make a habit of avoiding this place.

Security was a bit stingy of a group of 19 year olds coming. Like anyone is sneaking into a casino when your just of age. The crowd is definitely a bit older but you'll see some who aren't. Tons of different games that are all loud and colourful

Exciting and friendly with a multitude of slots machines to choose from to make your time there fun and enjoyable.

This place is a text book example of how to destroy a business. Over the past couple of years they have gone from 24 hours to limited hours and now back to 24 hours. The slots are slowly being changed out to flashy loud games that make you think you won with a winning less that your wager. The coffee machines are 'down' more than they are 'up'. Ticket redemption machines are broken for extended lengths of time. Machines touch sensitive buttons don't work on many machines. Now they are moving from their downtown location to? I used to enjoy this place but find it extremely frustrating lately. I don't know who makes their decisions but it is far from impressive. Sad to see a fun destination being so poorly managed. I feel bad for the staff.

Not as good as when it was run by OLG. Food is ok, not spectacular. The Tuesday past buffet is getting old.

This casino was different (in a sorta good way) from any other casino I've been to. It's mostly slots, but the cool thing is, it has a stage with touch screens to play games like black jack or craps, etc. And you would play with other people in the room on a large screen. The reason this is only four stars instead of five is because no one came and offered a drink and instead I had to buy a $7 drink. It was a fun experience having the different ways to play the games.

Waited in the restaurant with my wife for at least 15 minutes without being asked for our drink order, or even being acknowledged at all. After waiting for so long wondering if the waitress was ever going to take our order we decided to get up and leave. Very poor service for being a casino I’m very disappointed.
