In a convenient location off QEW, 5 choices to eat and clean washrooms. If you visit the souvenir shop here be sure to use Canadian money! They will not give you the exchange rate for US dollars, either currency same price. Use CAD and keep the difference for yourself.

One of the best stops for food, refreshments, info about Niagara and for taking rest on the way to Niagara Falls. Very beautiful information center. Lots of fast food joints. Very nice seating area both inside and outside.
Clean washrooms. Ample parking.

Vendors removed Thank You for bus drivers and guides. They do not want group sales. A coffee or tea was too much to be covered by passengers purchases.

Good place. One time I forgot my Jean jacket here and one of the cleaners put it in the lost and found. Even though I'm mad at those bluey Ruff ruffs that where their phone loud enough so I could hear it. I hate those people please just wear headphones.

A good stop going to grab some food and take some rest if driving to Niagara from Toronto.
Washrooms are clean. Most of the restaurants in the food court opens around 10: 30AM but the Tim Hortons there opens very early.

This is a good pit stop if you've been on the road for a long while. There are restrooms and places to grab some good to eat, and a gas bar to fill up your ride. There is even a small information booth with pamphlets and information. Good for families, and even bus loads of people.

Always a great stopping point. Washrooms always clean, food is good and fast! Friendly staff and easy to access from the QEW!

Mid July 2022. Staff are wonderfully attentive friendly and helpful. There are a lot of brochures providing ample info not limiting to Niagara region but Park Ontario, and camp grounds.

Great place to stop on the way to Niagara. The Timmies can be quite busy but there are lots of options to choose from for a quick meal. Clean bathrooms are a plus!

I want to say, this place has the cleanest washrooms. I’m on the road all day, and have to make rest stops. This is my preferred place to go, bathrooms are super clean every time. Good fast food options in the food court, a gas station, this place has it all. 5 stars. Would poop here again.

Great location for a quick stop en route to Niagara. Nice selection of takeout inside including a Tim Hortons. Ample bathrooms.

We visit here every time we go to Niagara falls or the USA. It's a perfect stop for food and a washroom break. Its 20 mins from the border and Niagara falls. So you can time your drive. The exit is at Casablanca. Clean and has many food options and a corner store.

We always make a stop over here before touch down in niagara. Machuwok was awesome. Food was very gourmet. Orange chicken was our favorite. Washrooms are clean as well. Tim hortons coffee was gourmet!

I was told at tim Hortons they can no longer provide free cups of water.i wasn't trying to give them a hard time or anything but when I worked fast food we were told we were legally required to provide free water so I said I'm pretty sure that's not legal and an employee said "actually we aren't a dine in restaurant so we can" I'm not going to fight over 10 cents I just forgot my wallet and I'm pretty sure Tim Hortons can afford it

They should be cleaning different. Customers should be leaving there garbage on the table so cleaning staff knows it needs to be cleaned. Just like Limeridge Mall does!

The information centre is closed due to Covid-19. No reason why it shouldn't be open as restrictions have been eased in Ontario. All the fast food shops in the centre are open so why can't the Info Centre be open.

Great rest stop. Everytime we come to Niagara we always stop off here. Great variety and very clean.

It's a good option for a stop on the way to Niagara Falls. It is situated near to the highway. There are few food shop's. Tim Horton's is also there. The staffs are friendly. The tables and the floor are neat and clean. Washrooms are also there. I would highly recommend this place to everyone on their way to Niagara falls for a quick stop.

This is an absolute stunning place for a stop, with a wide variety of food options, good prices and very friendly staff this is an excellent place to stop and stretch your legs, grab a coffee or a bit to eat. Lots to see and very child friendly. I recommend this place even if it's just to take a look at the interior, Beautiful!

Stopped for coffee & quick snack. No handicap washroom! Tim Horton's was very slow because all the staff was kids.

I lot of choices all in one indoor location. Very helpful for traveller's with tourists information booth at the compound.

It's a an unique place to stop by for a coffee or rest while driving to or back from Niagara area.

I love this place. Have been going to it for 31 years now. It used to be my stop before Falls, but now it is my coffee stop on weekends.

Took the exit to Grimbsy on the way from Toronto to the Niagara Falls to have breakfast and rest. Nice place with lots of parking and a big food court and souvenir shops and information desk and toilets. The shops include Tim Hortons, Taco Bell and New York Fries among others. Lots of tables and chairs to cater for lot of people and a play are for kids available too. I heard most of the people visiting the Falls stop here to stretch their legs and of course food. Staff are nice and always smiling despite the minus 30 degree weather outside. A real hospitable place

We always make a stop here just off the highway at Casablanca lots of choices here for the whole family Tim Hortons Taco Bell Dairy Queen KFC and a convenience store the washrooms are kept spotless the whole building is clean and the staff are great.

There are numerous restaurants large very clean restrooms and lots of parking here. The information center is amazing to find out what's going on in the Niagara region.

Busy, loud, lineups and selections. If you can handle this, it is a great stop in your travels.

Nice diversity of food.but don't good there around lunchtime:) this place can be a zoo especially when a few tourist busses pull in.

Good midpoint stop for a coffee and donuts. They have facilities and souvenirs. Very busy at times so be patient. Worth stopping for the break.

Lots of good variety, open late, great place to leave your vehicle if combining travel with someone else as the police leave theirs there. Always stop here on the way to Buffalo.

This place has barely changed for like 10 years, but thats okay. This place pre-dates most of those highway On-Route stations. Lots of variety in the food, interesting architecture, and it's quite lively.

If you need a quick bathroom break served with a hot coffee and maybe some shawarma off the highway with somewhere to sit with the family this IS the place! Great variety of fast food, dairy, convenience and yes shawarma!

Great selection. Great seating. Overall Great. Only problem is the cleanliness. May be very messy, disorganized and clustered.

Stopped by Gateway Niagara Information Center and purchased some magnets to take back to my family in the US. The lady at the gift shop was really shady and would not convert the correct amount from US dollars to Canada currency and I believe she charged me more then I should have paid. The amount owed was $30, I gave her $6 in Canada money and a $20 dollar US Bill. She then stated we owed her $3 more is US money. Every other store I visited in Canada provided the right amount but she stated that her store was dollar for dollar. I would not recommend anyone visit this shop.

The food court needs to be updated. There is also, only one working outlet in the whole food court, if you want to sit down and use your laptop.

Quick service at this location nice bathrooms always clean easy parking right off the highway just a great place to stop on your way to the Niagara region from the Toronto area

Great stopover for rest and food from and to Niagara. There are a lot of food shops selections, ample seats, and well-maintained washrooms.

It's a little dirty but they have a good enough selection of restaurants and it's a good rest stop.

Great service station, unfortunately the kids at Tim Hortons are just on their phone the whole time so be prepared to wait on your order.

Clean and orderly but the staff seem like they have see far too much of the dark underbelly of humanity. The gas station attendant was far more chipper.

Staff was pretty goofy, didn't seem to care much about the order as they did fooling amd joking around with coworkers.

Service was amazing. Rooms were clean however the shower in 1 room didnt work the best (shower head was weird) and the bathroom in 2nd room looked unfinished. 3rd room.no problems at all

Good place to stop in for something to eat while you are traveling on the highway. They have a good car show in the parking lot in the summer on a Tuesday night.

Good place to stop. Gas food and information all in the same place. A nice set up for travelers to take a break.
