Jambalaya! Not your traditional down South variety, but equally as tasty! Has just the right amount of heat, and imho is spot on. If they added a couple of toasted and buttered sourdough slices of bread, it would be a grand slam home run! A fantastic Northern take on a Southern favourite. Yes, I’ve had it in New Orleans, and South Carolina.
Barmaid was exceptional in service, and personality. Tip her well! She went out of her way to serve me on a busy Tuesday!

This is our local watering hole that we frequent regularly. The wings are the best in Burlington and the staff is great.

Me and a few friends went here for wings because we heard great things. This is a typical sports bar with lots of TVs and choices of sports on. Seemed like a fun spot for teams. The wings were terrific. I'm glad they lived up to the hype. The unfortunate part of our visit was the service. It was horrendous. Our server, middle age woman with brown hair, would disappear for half an hour at a time. In the middle of us picking flavours for wings, she said, "I'll give you more time to think" and left for 15 mins even though it would have taken 10 second sfor us to make our choices. She forgot our pitcher of beer. We dealt with 3 other servers because we could not find ours. I don't know if service is always this bad or if we just got the worst server in Burlington, but it makes me just want to order takeout the next time I want wings.

Very pleasant service, no waiting for a table and clean washroom. However, the food was just average. Fries were pallid, skimpy portions of shrimp on tacos, kids meals had unappetizing buttered sliced bread with the pasta. The fish in the fish and chips was excellent. But, all in all, everyone agreed that there is better pub food elsewhere and none of us said that, “Wow. We can hardly wait to come back. ”

Ignore the hours claiming they're open until Midnight on weekends. They often close by 9: 30pm and you will have driven over there (in my case 20 minutes) for nothing. I'm aware bars do this, but this is the worst, most extreme case anywhere.

Pretty cosy atmosphere. Good brunch options. Good place to hang out for a game or just to chat.

Unbelievably rude staff talks to customers like they’re a massive bother. Waited 20 mins just for a cup of coffee only to be greeted by another server just as irritated for wanting to place our order. Ended up walking out it was so terrible. Gave it a shot a second time after a terrible first experience thinking it was just a one off but nope just disgruntled ornery people who shouldn’t be in the service industry. 2 years of ruined Mothers Days breakfasts out, never again thanks.

A old time favorite for that Friday night dinner and drinks. Or watch the big game! Menu has so many different ideas to choose from. Wings are the best on this side of Buffalo!

I used to enjoy visiting this place, but my recent experiences suggest it caters to a less appropriate audience now. I took my children there for pizza and unfortunately witnessed an older couple, who were obviously inebriated, sharing explicit stories and using profanity in front of young families, including mine and another. I contemplated intervening, but I was apprehensive that it might escalate the situation negatively. At this point, I'm uncertain about returning in the future.

Cajun wings and fried pickles were outstanding, fast service and the lunch staff were friendly as always.

Unexpected surprise.
We went to Gators Bar & Grill on a whim. It was listed on Burlington’s Taste of Burlington, which we have used to discover many great eateries in town in the past.
It is very unassuming for the uninitiated – but I am sure locals have been loving it for years.

The restaurant is located in a very unremarkable strip mall next to other retail stores, dental offices and similar businesses. Inside it is a lot bigger than it looks. It is a fairly spacious sports bar with tons of seating and many televisions to watch the games.

The menu has plenty of options that offer something for any taste.
We had the Jalapeno burger with fries, as well as one of the Tastes of Burlington specials – the chicken souvlaki.
The portions are good – and TofB specials even more so – a lot of food there.
Although the restaurant was very busy when we were there the service was very good- efficient, friendly, and engaging.

A comfortable, friendly neighbourhood hangout.

We sampled the Taste of Burlington prix fixe menu. Excellent value and very tasty pub grub.

We had a corned beef sandwich and a schnitzel sandwich with mushroom gravy. French onion soup and a huge piece of baklava rounded out the 3 course lunch.

We enjoyed all of it and the service was pleasant and attentive. We will return.

We had the fish and chips and the portions were huge and so delicious. Also had the wings, which were yummy too. Service was great as well.

The server tonight was extremely polite. Our kids enjoyed going once again. Wings have been amazing for the past 20 years!

Lol this place is a joke.
I ordered take out.
They gave my food to the wrong person. Instead of making me new meals they insisted I wait for the lady to bring back the food? The lady who already left and was 15 minutes away. How disgusting.

Instead of giving me a refund which they insisted they can’t do, they gave a gift card? Why on earth would I ever want to return? Keep in mind this gift card isn’t a “gift” it’s just the money I paid; for food I did not get.

So I leave without food or my money back and forced to go elsewhere and pay more out of pocket (until I hassled)

I’d love to know who the owner is. How sad to know that’s how this place is ran.

No drinks other than beer or wine, only thing worth coming for are the wing, even then i prefer wild wings or wings up. And over priced! Also was charged an extra dollar and when i asked about it she said it was correct and wouldn't let me see the menu price. Definitely wont be coming back.

What a great way to spend our afternoon watching the football game with some drinks and appetizers. Service was awesome, and we felt so welcome.

The service is always good and the people are very friendly. The food is consistently good but I absolutely love their wings (buffalo buffalo twice baked).

Food here is amazing! Pizza and wings are absolutely fantastic. Service is ok, but the food is great!

I read the reviews and was sold. We were not expecting such amazing service and food! The wings were top notch! The you're stupid hot sauce is AMAZING! Our servers were fantastic, we had all three or four of them looking after us. Our main server Michelle went above and beyond and made us feel like regulars! We will be back.
