Not worth the price at all - and we did Winterlicious. Service was terrible. Almost like you're an inconvenience to them. The staff did not seem happy to work there. We will never return and we thought to do the High Tea another day. NO THANKS!

We came for the Christmas dinner. For 190$/pp, we were very disappointed with the entire experience from the team food offerings and quality to the decoration. The hospitality/service was okay though.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I felt like I had to share them to warn people. We were very excited to have a nice dinner as a family, and it turned out to be a very poorly prepared dinner. If you consider the amount they requested per person (125 CAD, not including drinks), of course you expect to have a nice dinner, but the food we had was way lower than expected. The personnel were trying to be helpful, but whoever prepared this dinner absolutely didn't want to spend anything. It was not fair. It was a complete disappointment. We honestly felt robbed. Don’t come here.

We’ve had the worst experience in this old, expensive, run down excuse of an establishment.
I paid $900 CAD for (what was supposed to be a highly anticipated Christmas dinner) a cheap, low class, barely decorated and empty venue.
Service was ok, but management clearly doesn't care about the food or ambiance. In summary, we had a mediocre buffet (with old bread and chicken tenders because why not) in a run down and empty venue just to spend $900 Cad after 40 minutes. Food was NOT good, resembling any cheap buffet you cant think of (mind you $125 CAD a pop) Take your money elsewhere, this is the definition of mediocre if not a scam. Merry mediocre Christmas.

Night started off promising, nice venue, charming atmosphere and surrounded by friends and family, then things started to quickly go down hill. Aside from having a sign put infront of us as we sat saying we need to spend minimum $50 each, which in reality is nothing, but seemed kinda demeaning, we then had multiple hostess come “check” to see who reservation name and number was under (we had a reservation). We also asked for 3 separate bills as we were a group of 7 and were told that would be no problem.

Once we got through that, the real horror started. We had to wait nearly 20-30 minutes in between drinks just to be able to put an order in, and when we did, there was another 30 minutes wait to get our drinks, and our food took nearly over an hour to arrive and when it did, it was cold. When asked what the hold up was, we were told they were super busy and had only 1 server. The place was barley half full, and they had 3 bartenders behind the bar.

At the end of the night, we waited another hour just to get our bill. When we tried to ask him for it, he brushed us off very rudely saying “we had to wait”, while other guests just walked right out without paying. After waiting and waiting he brought us bills, and we were triple charged for items and also charged for items we didn’t order. The manager was on the floor, and saw and heard our complaints, and never once tried to intervene.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but given this isn’t a small independent business, and an upscale, and frankly, overrated and over pretentious place, I felt they needed to see this to I guess sort of humble them. If your gonna act and treat your guests like d-bags, have something to at least back it up.
