Once the top layer of the slow slope roof was removed, a lot of wood damage was discovered, and the team was able to rebuild and redo the whole structure properly. They cleaned afterwards with great care to the property. Ron kept in touch step by step with all the information, pictures and what to be expected, he answered all my calls and emails very promptly. It was a pleasure to work with Ron and his crew. They did an outstanding job on the installation of my roof and new gutters. His crew was efficient and meticulous. Ron even sent one of his team back out to my house to perform a leak test after a strong rain. End result, the previous leak we had was completely sealed when the roof was done. The collection of water turned out to be from another source and not the result of the storm.

Once the worker (s) were on site they were methodical, organized, and kept the site very clean at the end of the day. As we had questions, they would walk the site and give recommendations. I was in the market to have my roof replaced and had consulted a few local businesses for quotes including Gauthier Roofing and Siding. Everyone provided their quotes however this company was the only one who followed up immediately to see if I was satisfied with the quote and if I had any questions. Ron was was extremely thorough and explained everything. Not only was he extremely cordial, I dont think he sleeps because he will answer an email any day or time of the week. The customer service is something I never expected to receive and was ultimately the selling point even though i had quotes that came in lower. The crew that was onsite was amazing and they were clean and polite. They would let me know of issues they encountered and would also send pictures to Ron who would then forward to me. This company is extremely transparent and nothing is hidden in what they say they will do or charge you for. I'm also getting my gutters redone from them and am happy I chose this company. I have now had a chance to thoroughly evaluate the new eavestroughs and drainpipes that you installed last fall, and I have to give credit where credit is due. Despite my initial misgivings, the new system is a vast improvement over the previous one, and the covers over the eavestroughs are working very well. All that is needed is an annual cleaning to remove a build-up of maple keys in the corners. Other than that, there has been no overflow, even in the heaviest of downpours that we have been getting recently. The new system is well worth the investment!

My husband and I have used Gauthier Roofing twice, once to put a new roof on our house and then a few years later we called them again to put on new gutters. Not only did we find their prices to be reasonable, we were thrilled with their work. The company owner is always up front about any possible issues or concerns no matter how small. For example, we painted our house last year, and he was quick to point out that when the gutters were replaced some of the old color would show. They offered to ammend the work order to resolve the issue. It may sound like a small thing but a company that looks to the future and makes sure that their customers are aware of these types of events is a quality company that truly cares about their customers being happy. We were pleased with the work and had no complaints, yet Ron looked over pictures from the job and decided he wasn't happy with how the roof flashing by the front door looked (it predated this work) and JG came back and fabricated a custom trim piece to cover it.
