GBK Financial Inc - Your Family Mortgage Company - Licence #11921

I've been dealing with GBK Financial Inc.for some years. I thought I was getting great service and great rates. I had a local mortgage broker review my mortgages and he said, these guys really screwed you! They will try to screw you by getting you a mortgage from Premiere Mortgage (Kelowna). Don't do it! They are crooks! I don't recommend GBK Financial Inc.

I found GBK Financial Inc to be very transparent and genuine throughout the process of obtaining the mortgage. They took time to explain exactly what the process would entail, and there were no surprises. Whatever fees they charged were clearly itemized and there was no ambiguity whatsoever.

The team at GBK financial, particularly Jeff Brown and the customer service team are very courteous and professional. Above all they response to all my calls and emails promptly, which is what you need when time is already far spent.

The legal team is also great! Very professional and they make the transaction less stressful.

Three words reminds me of GBK Financial: 1) Transparency, 2) Professionalism, and) Customer-centric.

I would do business with them again. I fully recommend them to anyone in need of mortgage products. They keep to their word.
