Gerry and his team provided excellent advice and service for an older PC. When parts were required, they were provided at less cost than I expected cost. The diagnosis and labour rates are very reasonable.

The team at gcom did a great job at identifying the issues I was having with my laptop. They were quick to resolve my concerns.

I came to GCOM in Orleans with my computer to have it repaired on many occasions. I’m not a computer savvy! Jerry is very friendly and knows his stuff. My previous teck retired and I wanted a reasonable price and not a monthly fee for my small business need. Prices are reasonable and they are their to make sure your happy. I took my computer into GCOM because, while working on it, the screen suddenly turned black. Although they took considerable time working on the hard drive, which was the problem, they unfortunately, were unable to retrieve any of the data. In essence, my hard drive was dead.

I appreciate their attempts, have no doubts about their technical expertise, and would use use them again if I ever, God, forbid, have another problem.
